I tell u ,there has never been a series that I have loved ,and loved the characters the way I did with SOA. What an amazing writer Kurt Sutter is. He could make me love someone in one episode and hate their guts in the next,and then break my heart the next.. such an incredible cast of actors! I miss it so much...but I discovered so many great songs and artists throughout the series, including Katy Sagal. She sings a few songs along the way.

It's like the last of his kindness left with Opie, or maybe hope. I love this scene and it never fails to bring a lump to my throat, but i also feel that seething anger as he turned away.

Losing opie was one act of violent violence losing Tara was just a whole other act of terror violence and uncontrollable anger
