Even with a minimal understanding of Spanish, that Vegas Deportes call was nice! "Touchdownnnnnnnnnnnn *breathes* Raidersssssss!"
I wonder if their PBP guy was with the team when Greg Papa was working the English radio side.
"This might be one of the dumbest things I've ever seen." Understatement of the year.
He actually said "teams", not "things", but still a vast understatement!
Mexican dude was the best.
Not shown on this video: he (Pats color commentator Scott Zolak) also called it a "freakin' heads roll type of play"...
3:34 "aplica el stiff arm" lol
Legendary
The Deportes Vegas call was amazing lol
Dude was channeling his inner Greg Papa on that call
Stupid name
TD raidersssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Right! I might learn spanish just to listen to that guy.
Harry Ruiz goat Spanish caller rn
Imagine listening to this on the radio in your car and trying to figure out what's going on after Meyers has the ball.....
I listen to the radio call while I watch the game because it’s so much better even though the radio is about a minute ahead. I was like “wtf am I about to see” 😂
The oh wow kills me every time🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂 I read your comment as soon as he said it.
@@brianwillis8447 🤣🤣🤣
Yup, Vilma's call is the best - it's how all of us were, laughing, stunned, Uh oh, oh no, oh woooowww
The first one in Spanish was actually the best out of all of them.
Don't speak Spanish but I understood the most important part, "TOUCHDOWN RAIDERS"!
I love Spanish announcers.
Yes it is. I thought Harry Ruiz was going to have a heart attack.
I love how the ESPN RADIO announcer laugh as it's picked off. 🤣🤣
The Patriots snatched defeat from the jaws of overtime
The Spanish broadcasts were the best!
Gus Johnson would’ve lost his mind calling that play.
HE WOULD’VE LOST HIS VOICE THE MOMENT HE TRIED TO SCREAM 😂😂😂😂
1:01 THE ENERGY IS INSANE😂😂😂
Raiders radio multiple voice cracks 🤣🤣
As a Broncos fan in my youth, and a Steeler fan in my adulthood, I've pretty much hated the Raiders my entire life.
Never in my wildest dreams could you convince me I would one day chuckle with glee at a Spanish announcer call of "TOUCHDOWN RAIDERS!!"
Yet here we are. F the Pats.
Edit: More specifically, F Bill Belichek.
Dude, you pick a team and stick with them throughout life.
@@notoriouseagle1074 Dude, things change.
Scott Zolak whining is awesome
In the immortal words of the legendary Bill King, "Holy Toledo!"
Deportes Vegas was the best one! I hate soccer but I love the Mexican announcers in soccer games, especially when its an important game such as the World Cup.
2:10 Here’s the Deportes Vegas call for any non-Spanish speakers:
“Only 3 rushing, Rhamondre Stevenson with the carry, Stevenson still on his feet, advances to the 45, to the 40, to the 35, to the 30, sends a pass back with Jacobi Meyers, now the Patriots simply… CHANDLER JONES INTERCEPTS THE PASS! CHANDLER JONES STAYS ON HIS FEET, CHANDLER JONES IS GOING, GOING, GOING… ALL THE WAY TO THE KITCHEN! *TOUCHDOOOOWWWWNNNN RAIDEEEEERRRS!*
CHANDLER JONES DID IT, CHANDLER JONES DID IT! HE PICKED OFF THE BALL WITH THE PATRIOTS TRYING TO THROW LATERALS, AND THE RAIDERS-IN THE MOST IMPROBABLE WAY POSSIBLE IN THE HISTORY OF AMERICAN FOOTBALL-HAVE WON THIS GAME!
*WOW!* I SEE AND I DON’T BELIEVE!”
(“Kitchen” is slang in Spanish for the end zone- deep in your opponent’s territory basically😄)
What makes it worse is they could have thrown a Hail Mary from there
How is it that the Spanish calls are ALWAYS the freaking best. America broadcasters need to take lessons
At this point I want to see everyone on TH-cam do a reaction to this play, especially the channels that don't have anything to do with sports
Good thing Jones missed the initial tackle at the line of scrimmage
I LOVE when exciting plays put the announcer though puberty again!!
As a Chiefs Fan, I Have to Say That was Really Cool.
Soooo I ate an edible about an hour ago and have been watching this at x 0.25 playback & they sound like drunks calling this shit - I split my side laughing so hard
Regalo de navidad go Raiders
INTER- STIFF ARM!!!
What would Vin Scully have said????
I like the Kenny Albert call
I also love how they later on discuss how they always get the crazy games and that this one had been pretty normal till then. lol
Loco!!!
Jakobi Meyers did such a service to the Raiders, he was signed by them the next year.
The Spanish dude has been hanging out with Greg Papa a little too much, Touchdowwwwwwwwwwwwn Raiders!
That's the only thing Greg Papa ever said that I liked... except Raiders win.
I don't speak Spanish, but I might start listening to games in spanish.
Where are you
It's too bad that Kevin Harlin was not broadcasting this game that would have been some call
YES!!! He's probably my favorite because he actually gets excited.
Our Sports Hub announcer seems he could have a job for Raider Radio
I can hear Bill King now. The Holy Cows would go on ad infinitum
Our szn was done
The sad part is, that was a designed play..lmao
Trying to keep up the Joneses.
Did I hear the last guy say 'que pendejo!'?
Man, that ESPN Radio call is so underwhelming. And I like Marc Kestecher, but he called it like it was a peewee game. Also, could Jonathan Vilma just shut up for a second so Kenny Albert can actually call the game!? All of the other calls are great!
7 months ago and still have no idea what Jacobi doing. Dude had no idea the game score.......Worst case should have been overtime.
What fumble are u talking about???
It was an interception
Technically, it's considered a fumble recovery instead of an interception because the ball was moving backwards.
@@thomasakagi7545NOT a fumble, DUMBBELL!!!! It was INTENTIONALLY THROWN!
Jason Horowitz sucks. The Raiders need Greg Papa behind the mic. Harry Ruiz did a great job though, I don't speak Spanish but I felt the energy in his call.
For the love of everything Raiders PLEASE DON'T BRING PAPA BACK!!! I'm so glad he stayed in the Bay when we moved to Vegas. I will say he was better than the dried-up husk of Brent Musburger though.
Jason Horowitz loses his voice here.
"oh no" says it all....when the broadcaster says he doesn't have bias against my beloved Raiders why'd he ye'll "oh no" when Chandler got the ball. F'ing hater.
That's reading an awful lot into that call. I just thought he was like "oh no, they made a huge mistake"
This is victim complex really bad.
