This was a very good game. I was pretty impressed with Mac Jones bouncing back from the pick-6 with a critical TD before the end of the half. It wasn’t a pretty win for the eagles, but they can take what was given to them, which was a barn burner

I think that answers the question about whether Mac is an NFL QB or not. Gonzalez answered the question about being an NFL CB capable of handling an AJ Brown. Bourne, Douglas, Henry, we have some pass catchers and they are going to be well coached and directed by Billy. This is not a bad team!

Yes, Minnesota this Thursday night, precisely why I was rooting for them to win yesterday. Offensive line didn't show up and linebackers struggled but I like what I saw from Jordan Davis and Jalen Carter. I think that interior linemen tandem could be set for years to come if yesterday was any indication

Two facts about this game. 1. The Eagles coaches were outcoached by the Patriots coaches. 2. If not for the two turnovers that directly led to scores by the Eagles, the Eagles would have lost the game.
The early turnovers were huge for the eagles. Judging by how the game went offensively. I dont think the eagles wouldve scored a td if it wasnt for slay and the early fumble by zeke which gave the ball at like 20 for the eagles for an easy redzone drive. The pats actially did something on offense and a lot of it. And their defense played exceptional so jjsy think about that
The Pats fought hard and tried to bring it back. If we played the first 4 minutes like the last 56 we might've beat them, but I'm happy it was at least close.

Not a bad showing for the new Billy O'Brien offense even with a couple of subs on the OL and missing a couple of WRs. The defense answered questions about being able to contain a running QB. Gonzalez proved he can play even against and AJ Brown. ST made a couple or three nice returns to give the offense good field position. It's not the joke of a team we saw in 2022!

Such a classic matchup as their logos and uniforms clash perfectly when lined up against each other. 2 Superbowls against each other, hopefully many more. Wish they could play each year in an outta conference rivalry game. But I want their next matchup to have Eagles wear Kelly green uniforms and patriots wear their uniforms from the mid 90's. Offensive line didn't show up and linebackers struggled but I like what I saw from Jordan Davis and Jalen Carter. I think that interior linemen tandem could be set for years to come if yesterday was any indication

happy for mac jones. He really got messed up last year and us patriots fans ran him through the gutter. booing him of the field after an injury. then once again booing him after that pick six. To respond with three touchdown passes on one of the best defenses was amazing

I really don’t like Pats but that 4th quarter vibes were hot. Mac really wanted to shine in front of TB, but those field goals didn’t let them win the game. Also props to Eagles defense with their great performances.
Eagles D was trash. Lol. Only part of them that seemed ready was special teams. 😂 the offense had plays called by a 6 year old. And the defense was hungover. Every pass was drop back 10 and pass for 12

Two facts about this game.
1. The Eagles coaches were outcoached by the Patriots coaches.
2. If not for the two turnovers that directly led to scores by the Eagles, the Eagles would have lost the game.
And if same can be said for hurts fumble, turnovers happen and they’re part of the game lol

The early turnovers were huge for the eagles. Judging by how the game went offensively. I dont think the eagles wouldve scored a td if it wasnt for slay and the early fumble by zeke which gave the ball at like 20 for the eagles for an easy redzone drive. The pats actially did something on offense and a lot of it. And their defense played exceptional so jjsy think about that
The Pats fought hard and tried to bring it back. If we played the first 4 minutes like the last 56 we might've beat them, but I'm happy it was at least close.

Not a bad showing for the new Billy O'Brien offense even with a couple of subs on the OL and missing a couple of WRs. The defense answered questions about being able to contain a running QB. Gonzalez proved he can play even against and AJ Brown. ST made a couple or three nice returns to give the offense good field position. It's not the joke of a team we saw in 2022!
Patriots fan should be excited for their Team. Mac Jones looks good, they finally got a good offense. Their Defense coach by Bill will never be bad!!!

Such a great last quarter. I wish Bill had opted to go for the field goals towards the end but I'm happy that it ended up being closer than what I had expected. Felt like the Pats offense was much better but all those holding calls in the end were sloppy.

Love it when these teams play each other. I refer to it as the American Game since you got the Patriots and the American bird, Eagles. Such a classic matchup as their logos and uniforms clash perfectly when lined up against each other. 2 Superbowls against each other, hopefully many more. Wish they could play each year in an outta conference rivalry game. But I want their next matchup to have Eagles wear Kelly green uniforms and patriots wear their uniforms from the mid 90's. That was the best when their uniforms clashed when these squads played against each other in 90s!
