So far yes, but lets not give up hope. They might still surprise us. Especially because the lawless mentioned "Boss". So we have many more different lawless to see. I'm with you though, so far slightly underwhelmed by what I'm seeing from the lawless. But we gotta give it a chance to progress

so the LAWLESS WORLD NATURAL ENEMY are just MAD MAX on steroids, my speculation about them being fest of the north star or JOJO didn't happen.
