For example it's completely fine to take your exchange deed of a property you own in the north and show it to authorities in the south. Nothing will happen. There are other types of deeds that can get you in serious trouble, but that, as said, does not count for all of them. You just always have to watch out what u buy, what deed it is and from who you buy...
