Ethan Hill, 2024 Citizen Honors Youth Service Awardee

Ethan Hill was selected as the 2024 Citizen Honors Youth Service Awardee for his work in assisting the homeless community in and around Birmingham, Alabama. He founded Ethan’s Heart Bag4Blessings to raise funds, awareness, and contributions for the homeless community.
