The product and the envelope are in excellent condition.
Delivery time was of 1 week and a half. The webpage says express delivery.
Tracking number was never provided and the "my orders" webpage was never updated with the status of the shipment. A lot to improve on their system.
I would order again, but from the begining I would follow up by e-mail the status of the shipment. From my past experience, sometimes they cancel orders for unavailability of products in their inventory and Never inform this to the customer. So you would be waiting indefinitively until you e-mail them. In such case they would suggest to give you a coupon for future purchases to avoid a reimbursement. I suggest you to ask them for a full reimburse including shipping cost, and they would have to accept.
