    A candidate for a shade garden: Geranium maculatum -- a perennial. Columbines and Bleeding hearts will grow in dappled shade. Phlox divaricata (woodland phlox) will also grow in dappled shade.

    Will the strawberry begonia come back year after year in the shade?

    • @gwtwmom2
      @gwtwmom2 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      What was pictured as strawberry begonia was in fact impatiens.

    • @hibiscusangel7376
      @hibiscusangel7376 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s impatiens not begonia - begonias are usually annuals

    • @carmenbailey8209
      @carmenbailey8209 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Here in Ontario Vinca is well behaved as a ground cover. But like all ground covers they all have to be watched and kept in check .

    Why do they keep filming him talking to the other camera, not straight on?
    I find it very annoying. What he said IS meant for the viewer, isn't it? So why not speak TO them?

    deep, dark shade too close to your house is not healthy and it has this bad, depressing energy.

    • @gwtwmom2
      @gwtwmom2 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      . Nothing unhealthy about shade and it doesnt give off negativity nor have the power to depress.lol! With the right plantings, it can be gorgeous and inviting.
