For this dish, it is all about Puso ng saging (banana blossom) Kilawin is definetely one of my favorite way of cooking. On this menu we paired kilawin with Lumpia(spring rolls) filled with puso ng saging and fried fish. We decided to use fish instead of pork because pork is a bit costly this days 😅 but it taste just like the same when using pork and it's healthy too. Better try it. Manami ❤
