Disrespectful! Lady stops right in front of the Horse Guard… Soldiers tell tourists to move back.

The whole layout of Horse guards needs to be rearranged to segregate pedestrians/ tourists from the military. There is insufficient circulation space between the perimeter and the pavement kerb. It is not right that armed police should be supervising the public when they have more important duties of running protection.
The pedestrians/tourists should be kept to the side arches of the gate house and suitable style fencing and gate sadded to keep them clear of the guards.

Take pictures but this is not a petting zoo! Stay back or risk being bitten or kicked! And there’s nothing that you can do legally! They are warned!
