Love it, thank you Jessie and the Nebraska Medical Center Staff. This is SO necessary in EVERY therapeutic setting and should be a standard part of medical school. Should be every day and a therapist on every floor, along with an art therapist. We aren't MACHINES and machines DON'T heal us!

Love this. The voice of the child and how your music responded to her.

The major part of music therapy is to let you have a tactile feeling which is created by the vibration sound. Yes this technology is now available and patterned . First use in Headphone.

Hello! I’m a high school student that is really considering going into music therapy (possibly at TWU), but I would be lying if I said I’m not scared to major in music, as much as music is my life (specifically classical music - I play piano and oboe). I’m guess I’m worried I won’t be good enough… But anyway, I know I’m super late commenting on this, but does anyone have any tips or anything to give me? About pursuing music therapy/majoring in music?
    Thanks! :)
