How did he/she placed the whales on water? The game won't let me using the glitch
3:52 how are you able to build above water? Or is that just some blue block that I haven’t yet unlocked? I’m so confused, can someone answer me?
Don't know if you discovered it yet, but basically, you're gonna place the decoration where you want it to be, go into storage and find a large building that covers the entire area you want to put water on, hove over the space with the building and cancel it. Then go back, choose the water block and now you'll be able to place it under the decoration
It works for buildings too! :)

He used the same technique which allows you to place cars on the roads 👍

If you search up videos on how to put cars on the road in Tapped Out then you’ll see 👍

how come my game isn’t working it keeps saying can not connect to server i deleted the game 3 times and it’s still saying it
It’s such a bummer when it does that.. sorry man..
So I’d recommend logging in and out of the game to see if that fixes it then if not delete the game and reinstall it then if that doesn’t work then I’d advise logging in on another device.
