Past 7 months ago while coming for the interview i revised from this Vedio. I was able to recall everything. There was question in the interview from. Currently selected and working 😎.

@@manishamalhotra1612 thanks a ton
Awesome explanation, Nice and humble voice. Love you Mam❤💚💙💜
Your teaching level is outstanding mam
thank u so much for this video ! I only have one question, chloroform is in the organic phase right? along with phenol of course
Thank you so much ma'ame. This video is clear and concise, loved it. However, I wish to inquire which tool was used in curating the workflow diagram?
You can use biorender
Thanks you Mam your explanation is outstanding and it helps a lot for theory
Thanks happy to help
Maam, can you please explain, what happens to RNA during the extraction procedure. Doesn't it contaminate DNA?.
At the end when you resuspend the DNA in TE buffer you add RNase along with it so that it will not affect the yield of DNA
It is very helpful. thanks a lot, Ma'am
Please I need a lecture about sapoviruses and safffold
mam quanitity of any thing is not mentioned? Like how much amount of TE, Isolpropropanol and other chemcials should we add?
It's depends on the amount of inoculum taken and regarding CTAB it's basically used to isolate DNA from plants tissues
Very beautifully explained .
How MgCl2 only interacts with negatively charged lipoproteins but not with the phosphates of DNA backbone,
Please ma'am, provide me the protocol as pdf format🙏
Can we use the same chemical for extracting genomic DNA from animal blood or need some more chemical?
Yes but the pH of the salt varies with it for plasmid we generally use acidic pH but for genomic DNA the pH is close to neutral
can we use CTAB instead of SDS
Thank You so much !
Hello mam, What method gives best result for DNA extraction , DNA Extraction kit or phenol chloroform dna extraction
Kits are good, but i always prefer the classic method of phenol chloroform and i get good results
Ma'am which method use for fungal DNA isolation. Please can you provide the protocol.
Wait for positive response.
Mail me at manishamalhotra92@gmail.com
please kindly give information on how to extract from animal tissue
Ma'am can u please provide the name of the reference material ..
Well explained
I hope my teacher would teach like this. She just gives us the protocol and let us be. :((
M glad it's helpful.
Thank you mam I am msc horticulture student I am working on molecular biology
Hope this is helpful..
WELL EXPLAINED
can u explain plant dna isolation using phenol chloroform method
Out standing 👍
thanks a lot
thank you so much
Excellent 🔥❤️
Thanks😊
Mam how to precipitate rna while purifying dna
If you want to remove RNA you can add RNase in ur protocol
@@manishamalhotra1612can I ask, in which step we can put in RNase if we want to precipitate rna (based on procedure in yr video)
perfect mamm
❤❤
good lectture mam
I should have taken biology I think 🤔😛
