The moment the opponent went-5 to out your board and you realized they are PK, you have already dead
I was about to say here that the amount of Synchros that came out on the field would have made Yusei proud. But, their opponent then brings out Arc Rebellion XYZ Dragon.....Damn.
really reminds me of that time in the anime where yuto sets 5 backrow pass and everyone just laugh at him before the slaughtering
I know it's an anime but seeing how he played them so hard with that is possibly the best moments of yugioh anime.

A single mistake cost him the duel. I lost that same way once, letting all synchro monster in attack position, then got Droplet, then was killed by Winged Dragon of Ra. I have the replay saved to share my shame 😂

In all fairness, he needed to put the first Synchro in Attack position, or he wouldn't have had room to summon the other 4. If he only went for 2 to 4 of that 5-monster board, he could have kept them in defense.

This is why you make arch of light (which limit droplet) or set in all def positions. Still weak to drnm but at least you dont have to worry much about droplet

Ah, yes Phantom knights, one of my favorite decks in the entire game. I wished we got to see more of Yuto as a character or as the main protagonist because he seemed more interesting than Yuya

You got what you deserved. Waiting 10minutes for 30+ summonings only for you to not be able to do anything when your turn comes is annoying. It's like I wasted 10 minutes of summonings for nothing.
Phantom Knights are my favorite archetype of cards. So this, this does put a smile on my face.
One part of me is impressed by that end board from Player 1, because I don't play synchro because I know I'm too dumb for it and would mess up the combo.
The other part of me is happy they lost for setting up all those negates that would prevent 99% of opponents from doing anything and not play the game.
As soon as I saw Droplet with PK, I knew it was over.
That's why most other synchro players always end with arc light. All these extra negates are just decoration if you have no arc light.
I realize if the player read arc lights effect, they would just normal summon a monster to the field then use droplet in order to bypass its floodgate effect.
His deck is 100% a flexing synchron deck

There's a better way to do this combo and end up with Herald of the Arc Light, which blocks Droplet from discarding monsters, on top of being another omni-negate on the board.
I play Synchron a lot and always make sure I end with Arc Light before passing. Quasar is unnecessary in most cases.
You can also negate Droplet with Crystal Clear Wing Synchro Dragon. It negates every trap and spell card and can make itself immune to monster effects on top of gaining the attack points of the monster targeting him with an effect.

Maybe you should have dumper a junk Synchron with Accel, made Metal Marcher and then go into Herald of the Arc Light.
It prevents your opponent from sending monsters with droplet. But still a very cool combo! The Sohaya and Converter summoning back the materials to make Quasar is brilliant!

If it wasn't in attack position, PK player could've very easily gone into Downerd, then into Zeus + Fogblade
Still better cause u have cosmic blazar
If you make 2 Cosmic Blazar then they would just grinded out by huge atk and negation
@@jofx4051 @Jofx Not really. PK player had ways to go into to 2 level 3s and he even misplayed so he could've even gotten an extra PK from his deck
Banish Cloak in GY to search PK Torn Scales from deck-> Normal Summon Torn Scales from hand -> Special Summon PK Boots from hand (Reinforcement of the army) -> Banish 2nd PK Boots in GY to search trap -> Overlay PK Boots + Torn Scales into Rank 3 Break Sword -> Attack -> Downerd -> 4 material Zeus -> Detach Boots + Torn Scales
Leftovers: 2 material Zeus, 1 Fogblade, Cosmic Blazer
Next turn
You used Fogblade and Cosmic Blazer banished itself. You still have 2 Material Zeus. Fogblade remains on the field because it lost its target before resolving.
Use Zeus to bait out Cosmic Blazer and send Fogblade to GY -> banish PK Boots in GY to search trap + revive Torn Scales -> use PK Torn Scales to discard trap + send 2nd PK Cloak from deck to GY -> banish trap in GY to revive PK Cloak -> overlay PK Torn Scales and Cloak into Rank 3 Leviar -> summon back banished PK Cloak -> banish Fogblade to revive Rank 3 Break Sword -> Overlay Break Sword + Leviar -> Utopic Draco Future
-> Banish 2nd Cloak in GY -> Add PK Boots from deck -> Special summon Boots
Now you have a choice:
- Either Rank 3 Break Sword to destroy a card and float into Dark Rebellion (which on the next turn can be upgraded to either: 3 negates which specials summons xyz monsters from the GY everytime one is succesfully used
- or Link 2 BA Cherubini for more GY setup + Link 3 Rusty Bardicle for even more GY setup + 1 fogblade on field and 1 quick effect targeted destruction if the fogblade ever gets destroyed
And aside from all this, the PK player has every single PK card in their GY so they can litterally just continue on their next turn.
