Yes wow to end the prosecution like that. You don’t give a teenager your business card to a minor unless is a child abuse case but runaways. You could see in the girl eyes he was talking and looking at her from head to toes. He’s a predator that lost control with Susana’s rejection and the monster came out raped her and killed her. I wished her body was found earlier to get DNA and most likely raped her and more evidence against him. I think detective Carter she was amazing explaining the timeline of everything and this guy is guilty. I’m glad his former girlfriend in Nursing School is no longer with him; she was blindsided by him. To be honest he’s the worst law enforcement murderer with so many mistakes; I bet in a hurry disposing her body that he dropped or put it down and couldn’t find it. Then reported it stolen.

If thats true then he prob did his deeds in the woods to her, she prob faught in the truck when he turned around instead of taking her home and then either knocked her out or pointed the gun at her to get her to stop. Then maybe he made her walk in the woods with the gun and did stuff there and she tried to fight and he dropped the gun then killed her or dumped her and dropped the gun. If the victim fights to survive they may scratch the assailant and DNA of the assailant might be under the nails of the victim. I'm not sure why she didn't mention this. Looks like someone has removed my comment where I adore her looks, weird.

Why do u think Miles left the gun at the crime scene? Do u think he left the gun because he was in a hurry or maybe he thought no one was ever going to find her body & gun in the woods?

Yes he put it down while disposing the body and those handcuffs zip ties in his patrol. I’m wondering how many teenage victims in the area but they wouldn’t speak out.

When did he report it stolen? I was thinking he left the gym knowing he was reporting it stolen thinking that they would think whoever stole his gun did it. Not a great plan but he was so sloppy in his other bad deeds too (stalking, cheating and such)so idk

I’m pretty sure that he left it there by accident. That’s why he went back to look for it. He couldn’t find it, so he then reported it missing so if it was found near the body he could say the gun thief must have killed her.

He left that gun there and then reported it stolen to place the blame on the thief but he’s so stupid that it backfired.

      @@kieka555 there’s a body-cam video
shown in court when he reported the gun stolen. I’ve to go back and might be able to find and trial day they showed it.
