Honda accord power steering pump rebuild/ repair kit untuk model k20/24

Masalah biasa berlaku kepada honda accord k20/k24 adalah pada Masalah sistem power steering yang selalu bocor,selain Masalah pada steering rack Masalah pada power steering pump juga adalah Masalah utama yang berlaku..penyelesaian biasa dilakukan adalah menukar plug and play power steering pump kedai potong/halfcut ..tetapi untuk saya itu adalah penyelesaian untuk jangka masa pendek dan seperti umum mengetahui bila barang halfcut ni kita anggap nasib je lah..dan untuk nasib saya selalunya kurang baik,kebocoran akan berulang semula..kerana kebocoran yg berlaku adalah disebabkan oleh O ring gasket yg terdapat didalam steering pump itu sendiri..jadi adalah satu penyelesaian bernas untuk kita tukarkan kit Oring gasket dalaman pump tersebut untuk lebih memastikan boleh digunakan dengan tempoh jangka masa yang lebih panjang

You did put the first ring on a wrong way...the hole on the ring should face the hole on the housing then the spring pass thru...if you really did it wrong you messed up the vans

Hi boss, nak tanya sikit. Blade blade tu ada witness mark (garis garis) di tepi (banyak di satu tepi). Witness mark tu nampak macam di sebelah kanan dari video boss. Betul ke boss?

The outer ring with the large hole is the wrong way! If you are rebuilding the pump following this method, the outer ring with the large hole should be facing the left hand side. When the pump goes back on, the spring will slot down into the hole along with the 19mm bolt. In the video he installs it to the right, please do not make this mistake

Better check hose dulu..sometimes hose ada leaking juga sikit..tp honda punya penyakit power stering ni sentiasa berulang masalah sama..kira normal lah..kereta accord sy sendiri pun asyik berulang sama sahaja akn bocor kembali.. check dulu satu2..
