Russian music always makes me think of snowy roads covered in fog or enormous plains of ice and sparse trees, and I love it
Listened to this while skinning potatoes. 9/10, I was in a modern kitchen and not a sunlit room filled with potatoes. -1 immersion.
*Put a like here if you agree that it is nice folk music and the Russian girls are beautiful* 😊
When ever I listening to Russian folk songs, it always reminds me when I went to visit Russia in 1995.
John Hu I was born in Martynovka in Rostov Oblast in 1995 and adopted from Rostov-on-Donu in ‘96.
Same! I also have to think of your visit to Russia in 1995!
So melodious and gorgeous; rendered even more so by the ambrosiac crackle of vinyl. Love from Ireland.
I have been collecting this stuff for years. Nechoporenko, Feoktistov, Rozhkov....balalaika players here in the West emulated these artists. These older recordings have a particular character to them. Look at old videos from their time. There is something about them. Maybe a sign of their times, maybe just a deeper reflection of the Russian character. I love these old Melodya recordings. Thank you for posting this. This stuff will grab your soul and bring you to tears if you let it.
I love Russia
Абсолютно восхитительно! ❤
Saludos desde el sur de Chile. Bellas melodías. Muchas gracias.
Wunderschöne Musik
I LOVW RUSSIAN MUSIC 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 PEACE TO THE WORLD
Came here from The Grand Budapest Hotel movie. Just loved the music at the end. And here I am :)
wow and recorded off of an album that was almost as beautiful to hear as the music,
And both are far more meaningful than your comment, jakers.
Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland!
Tremendously beautiful music and exquisite musicianship and musicality.
Lovely! Greece.
Te amo mama Rússia ❤
This is great!
One of these tracks is used in the end credits of the grand Budapest hotel
Ha ha, same. Just re-watched the movie and loved the song at the end. And here I landed here listening to this music while working :)
Светит Месяц (shining moon). Our group Big Rock Balalaikas played at the movie theater showing this movie a couple of years ago. This piece is the most played number on balalaika in Russia. What is done these days is kind of a "dueling banjos" (dueling balalaikas?) where players will trade off doing variations of the piece back and forth as they jam. It is freakishly fun to do. I play balalaika and accordion and this piece is one in the repertoire.
This traditional Russian music is similar to traditional Croatian music ♥️💙🤍
Both are slavs!
wow! makes me get up and dance.
Me too!!!!! 💃💃💃
Something else to listen to I like
A beautiful collection of melodies, loved this! I👍🏼
Teacher: You got 2 hours to complete the exam.

The first piece sounds like a movement from one of Tchaikovsky's symphonies!
Pray tell, which Tchaikovsky symphony? Never heard it but would like to.
This is Beryozka (Birch) song and it has been incorporated on Tchaikovsky music.
@@richh9450 4th symphony finale, second theme

Thank you Russia for your beautiful Folk music and Folk tales, and thank you for standing up against the USA pushed trans degeneracy and multiculturalism and racemixing and LGTVFULLHD agenda. God Bless you all. Greetings from Hungary comrades.
Ignore the hater's comments.
Here comes the Dedovshchina lover.
Thank you Hungarian brother 🇷🇺🤝🇭🇺
Love Mother Russia …. Truly the most beautiful culture …. USA has the worst and getting blacker and browner everyday…..
Balalaika is a Yiddish Jewish Russian folk song about a boy who loves a girl
the sound is dirt, when u hear this with headphones u realize that is a sound each 2 seconds, like someone hitting a microphone, quite annoying if u listen it.
Music beautiful anyway :)
Pretty sure its record crackle, but I can't be sure
Maybe this song was made in the 1980s or 1970s
It's audio from a record
I think it's a album
It's called a static. It's a recording issue.
