All AP people, will come back to Hyderabad within 2 years, as the prices of lands in and around amaravati increased 3 Times after cbn is in power... So Hyderabad prices is abnormal butjits just 10 to 20% more than actual prices..But the land rates in amaravati is already abnormal... With no employment project.... Hyderabad has 10lakh software employees and 20lakhs depending on the software sector.... Once neopolis completes another 1 to 2 lakh employees will be added.... Revanth reddy is making more statements to boost the RE... Congratulations to AP... But be realistic.... Dont get emotional that way u guys did in 2014🎉

the point is with costs vs incomes for salaried people ho are buying flats/plots on loans business poeple only buys when it is cheaper.. think some fall is expected in hyderabad flats/plots for attarative to business or investers
