@brandon - I have quick questio We have implemented a custom object to drives the pay range I have done the association.. however we are getting incorrect pay range when we create new position it picks up some random pay range based on current combination of pay grade , geo zone and legal entity it's not even checking the custom field value.6

Position Type field is currently available against the Position and want to make this field available in Job Information. When creating the custom field, how do you to map the field to the the Position Type field from the Position?
You would need to use a custom field if you wanted on job info. I don't really use position types personally (the position management IDP recommends against them) but since it's a position type I would think it would not belong on the employee record. If it's actually a shared attribute then you can just put a custom attribute on both.
What's your favorite part of Manage Business Configuration? For me, it's that I no longer need to work in the ugly XML files.
