This is the Part 2 of LM Diesel Purge Review. In Part 1 • LIQUI MOLY DIESEL PURG... , I showed the product, and its claimed benefits. Are these claims real?
In this video I have tried to explain how the car, i20 Diesel has responded to this product. Focus is not how good is the product but how better the car feels, and is it really worth it or not.

My car went in limp mode & DTC shown injector circuit 3 issue, was suggested for injector replacement at a whooping cost around 26000. I put diesel purge in fuel filter & rest in fuel tank. Top up with only 10 liters of diesel & went for a nonstop trip of around 200 km. Car cam out of limp mode & no engine light on dashboard. Running very smooth, I can feel the difference. So before going for injector replacement or cleaning, try this product once. Will save you from lot of hassels.

I have already owned i20 elite 2015 model and sold it in one year due to low mileage, low grnd clearance and high cost of maintanence. On top of that Hyundai compared to Maruti is a big miser in replacing anything under warranty. If you buy Hyundai then be ready for a superior product than Maruti but higher cost of everything and a loser attitude of Hyundai service.

Harjeet Singh thanks. If you have seen the questions, there are also answers. The answer is same. If clogging is low, dilute full tank. If medium, dilute in 5 litre diesel. If extreme then direct into engine.
Very good information,, which I was looking for. I have filled up Liqui Moly purge in my fuel tank and filled full tank. Let’s see the results until the fuel tank is fully used up.

Hi Pulkit, I Diesel Purged my Creta 1.6 Diesel automatic and results are awesome. There is no increase in Mileage but engine knocking sound & pick up is tremendously improved. I am about to refill the tank in a day or 2 and i hope the engine sound remains the same quite and smooth !!

Repeat the same soon in case complete cleaning hasn’t been done. Also try replacing diesel filter before second purge. Mileage will definitely increase
@@pulkitkumara I did a tank refill and car has done 100 KMs, like I mentioned in my previous comment that the product worked very well but I was worried if the smoothness of engine & its sound will remain or not after tank refill!! I can happily say that the engine sound remains the same and I am enjoying my ride. I am amazed to see that Diesel Purge has not lasted with a tank and stayed so it really does some serious cleaning !!! Thank u for your videos 👍👍👍

Clocked 196k kms on my fiat linea, mileage has come down a bit.
Just ordered this purge, will update the results.

I have the following points on feedback:
The car has run almost 100 kms on the moly and filled up the tank again.
1. car sound at idle improved drastically.
2. there has been a slight increase in fuel efficiency but not much.(will go for an egr and intercooler clean).
3. the vehicle pulls strongly than before.
I will recommend its use to every diesel car owner.
mine is 198k ish kms.. with no record of injector cleaning.
will go for the moly again next month but will do directly with fuel pump lines just for the sake of checking whether it makes a difference in this approach or not.
Overall happy with what product has to offer.

Very detailed explanation.please suggest me regarding my Ford Figo 2012 model with 50k running..it has no issues except one.. while accelerating from low rpm the car jerks..once higher rpm are achieved then it is smooth..pick up n mileage is good but have observed little bit more carbon than before in exhaust pipe also.. also not used any such product as since 20 k kms I'm not going to show room now n rather going to local mechanic..thnx

Few things: Aim is to reduce friction, to keep engine cool, to fill up engine bruises and scratches, to keep engine clean, to burn best quality fuel.
You have added a good oil, which should help.
Synthetic Oil has same sized molecules. So pressure on metal on microscopic level is uniform everywhere and this helps. Add an oil additive - MOS2 and you will be blown away by results. It will try to fill up some scratches on piston and walls and you will get much better engine life.
I have used STP, LM, and one more (forgot the name). LM is the best.
To keep engine cool, de-contaminate (clean) your radiator with coil cleaner and not water. Use Castrol Coolant and check radiator fan.
To clean a clogged engine (heavy duty cleaning) use PURGE. Use it directly in fuel line if engine is super dirty or use it in fuel tank if engine is not too dirty. Once the engine is clean, always use a fuel additive (diesel) to change friction of fuel, add some cleaners... Use LM Diesel Additive...

Vipul Jadhav the diesel Indians use is already contaminated with dirt and other cheap stuff. It results in poor cetane number (Diesel alt of octane) and this results in poor performance.
By adding diesel additive, it relaxes the engine. It’s generally non corrosive to the metal and rubber parts.

I have Ciaz VDI+ Shvs done 60K km , I plan to use Liquimoly Diesel purge and Engine Flush .Is it safe for my car to use Flush and Diesel purge as it has run 60k km. Will that damage any engine gaskets or seals.
Flush won’t help. Whenever your car has just 5-10 liters diesel left, pour in the bottle and consume in 1 go.
Should i change the fuel filter befor using purge or i can use this on old diesl filter? Which will be better please suggest.

Vipul Jadhav diesel filter should be periodically changed. Or if there’s a lag - you press throttle and engine responds later or if the top speed is seriously compromised, that means the filter is choked.
Purge is basically to unclog the lines and injectors. Injectors are one of the most important things to clean - the more the make it a fine spray the more is surface area of fuel and quicker is combustion.
@@pulkitkumara so if i use this on an old fuel filter that might be clogged it wont work as well? Also is it wise to replace fuel filter and then do this diesel purge followed by engine oil change? Also is it fine if i use the engine flush after using this diesel purge?

The wires should have less than 6000 ohms per meter. The easiest way to check is to check for visible signs of corrosion around the ends... multimeter doesn’t picks up anything on that.

Boss it really works .... My skoda fabia engin was vaibrating on idle....it seems really good change..... I love it ...white smoke was there. Its gone. With in few minuts.

When you put it directly to engine, it is 100% concentrate. It helps dissolve all contamination in engine. Esp injectors.
When you pour in tank, it’s diluted. So the effect is slow cleaning. But it cleans the entire fuel line. Including tank.
So it’s kind of up to you - what you want.
An easy way out - put it in 10 liters of diesel and then use it.

Oil treatment is engine oil additive. It increases smoothness and reduces friction in oil. India doesn’t gets MOS2, which is the BEST oil additive in the world. In this category there’s a thing called Ceratec, that’s available. But costly. I have used this too on 3 cars and results are good but MOS2 wins.
Purge - ye video purge pe hi hai. Super Diesel additive aur isme there’s a difference. Purge is a strong decontaminant. It would clean clogged engine. The diesel additive is a friction modifier and a mild cleaner. Meaning - bahaut clogged engine ho to purge, regular halke use k liye super diesel additive.

Kaush Dudhat bro there are variety of options to choose from for petrol. There are 3 tasks - declogging severely clogged injectors, and General performance improvement third - to improve engine oil.
For injector cleaning there’s an injector cleaner by LM will share details if you say so, and for General regular use, there’s a product by STP - boosts octane number, modifies friction, prevents clogging.
For engine oil, close your eyes and buy MOS2

Not really. Run concentrated and drive for 50km or so. Hope that is doable.

How to smooth gear of i20 disel asta optional
Its already smooth. But in case you are missing on smoothness, then use proper engine oil as it uses engine oil as gear oil too. I recommend synthetic oil (15-40) but if this is not available then 5-30. Add MOS2 and you can thank me later :)

car craze if line is super dirty - like pipeline is very dirty and tank is also dirty, then all dirt will reach engine and clog it further.
Best - use 250 mL in 5 litre first, this should clean the lines and injectors a bit and then use 250 mL in injectors directly by putting it in fuel line.

Car is periodically serviced and mahindra guyz don't allow to do purge they say that we only replace injectors .

U have hobby / passion or say desire to educate people where 90% Indians purchases Maruti only becaz It's service center is on the shouting distance and becaz most have zero knowledge of cars, engine, service, repair , spares, oils, additive, immergencies etc. So they prefer for a tin can with engine.. with zero innovation..
I know I am too sharp , aggressive here.But becaz of only these attitudes, Indian car industry till now could not grow from 3-4 companies and 5-6 popular model.

At least two wheeler market has some shown great innovation like Royal Enfield exports, Hero great innovations like cd 100, Splendor not only market changing but I wd say Nation changing bikes.. Bajaj has been the biggest regulater by its chep, OK bikes.. Only due to Bajaj no foreign company cd heavily price bikes resulted good for Indians... Here too useless Activa sales unbelievably 2 laks per month only due to engine which starts in zero degree as well

Do the service first. Make sure you get it from a genuine source and not online majors as there are many fakes circulating around. We are now distributors of LM Products, so do give us a chance. Hope you've already subscribed.
I want to put this additive into my tank of AUDI A4 Common Rail. How much ml bottle I should add into full tank 65l ?
Pedja, you can empty the can when you have about 45 liters of diesel fuel in it. That’s the ideal case with mild clogging of injectors.
If injectors or system is super clogged then mix in when there’s about 5-10 liters of fuel left. And try consuming the whole at about 1500 rpm.

Indian Indian it should not harm but over mixing isn’t advised. 5.3 liters of engine oil is needed
Can it be used in a car that has been unused for almost a year and has missing while driving. And whether it is safe to use in tank and if yes with how much diesel in it?
hasanul banna it’s safe. Missing can be because of stale fuel. Change the fuel.
Add 5 liters of fuel on empty tank and pour in the bottle. Should be a pleasant experience.
Make sure you drive the vehicle at medium speeds and in a stretch for best results.

i20 Diesel can have 2 kinds of additives:
1) To unclog the dirty injectors and fuel system. (USE PURGE IN THIS CASE)
2) To improve fuel characteristics since diesel in India is dirty, contaminated with a lot of things. (USE LM DIESEL ADDITIVE)

I am not going to use substandard products in my own vehicle. I used one of the mentioned brands in Maruti Zen in 2004 and it impacted my carburettor negatively.
STP I’ve used extensively. Decent. But nothing in comparison.

Sir absolutely you can use it. I would recommend 10 L fuel only. Since you don’t know how dirty the injections are since you have just purchased it. Consume full volume in 1 go at moderate speeds

You said u have driven only 30km. Means right now only you have not consumed full bottle yet. Means right now the dirt is getting dissolved. When dirt burns that also gives black smoke.

uv vibe you can mix it in your fuel tank. If it’s mildly dirty, mix in tank full. If it is very dirty then pour in when tank has 5-10 liters of fuel.

Rohan Ravi sir if the engine has not ever been decarbed then I would highly recommend mixing with 5L fuel and constantly running at 2000 rpm till the tank gets empty.

How to use
Byju 007 pour in tank if it’s not too much choked. If too much choked then it’s poured in directly to engine without diesel

mohit munjal purge is a declogger. Means a heavy duty cleaner. Additive is a fuel stabiliser and a mild cleaner.
