pizzicato five, hi-posi and frenesi are good if you wanna get into the genre and you want a feel for more "classic" shibuya kei if you want more modern sounding artists then pitcher56, jenny01 or strawberry machine are good starting artists! afterwards u can just branch out into whatever suits ur tastes :-)! take it at ur own pace
