Thanks man! It’s a nice addition to the back patio. Mainly going to use as a rib cooker but want to do a brisket on it soon to see how it does

Those ribs look great off the drum smoker. Does this mean the Masterbuilt has been replaced with the drum for smoking ribs?

It really depends. If I want to do between 4-12 slabs it holds a lot more for sure. If I’m just cooking for my family a couple slabs I’d use the Masterbuilt or my Akorn! Haven’t done a video with it yet but it’s a pretty awesome cooker too

@@kansascitysmoked6263 The most I have cooked on my Masterbuilt 1050 is six slabs. I know I could’ve easily fit two more but I would like to try using a rib rack and stand the slabs on the sides to pack more ribs inside the cook chamber. Have you ever used a rib rack?

I haven’t but looks like a good use of space. I’m looking into the rotisserie and getting the Ribolator for it. I always liked rotisserie ribs

I was planning on building a UDS very soon. I already planned on doing pretty much what you did. Same materials and everything. I see you have two inlets. Do you use them both? I'm wondering if I only need to buy one. Or is two the better way to go?
