In history Tudikhel was given to king of Tibet Srongtsen Gonpo by the king of Nepal Àmshuvarma, as we know Bhirikuti was the princess of Nepal and the Queen of Tibet.

First of all Nepal Army should not be connected with the word "Atikramad".
Every new day there are changes in this world and how can we expect that the tudikhel before few hundred years back will be same today.Some basic sense and logic should be used in this context.Nepal Army is one of the most crucial organ of the Nepal Government.That land which you see today as tudikhel is there thanks to Nepal army otherwise it would be a public toilet or some kind of sukumbasi land.

Every organization and individual has their own role in development and destruction of the society. As we praise to Nepali Army, there too is dirty politics, as dirty as major politics of Nepal. If we define Nepali Army for occupying the "Public space" as protecting it, then every land mafia sud be thanked for utilizing the land they stole. There are many ways to make the Nepali Army stronger and organised. But what the property of the people should stay as the property of people, nt to any organization. As the citizen living inside kathmandu valley for life long, where can u find the open space big enough to support the public living here?
