I designed it in fusion 360 (3d modeling software) and then printed out the plastic parts on my 3d printer. As for the motor it is a dual shafted motor that I got from amazon.

It is 3d printed. Its a 2t22 so it dose not have the dampers. Although I have acquired two small solenoids so I may try to make it into a 3t22 with dampers at some point.

I like how it actually has working rotors and doesnt use speakers to produce the sound, it really is a mini version!
Only 12 years old autistic kids does the speakers mini sirens haha

How did I miss this video? A fully functional scale model 2T22?

Your Mini 2T22 sounds awesome! A beautiful siren with beautiful shaped horns!
Sounds exactly like it! Great job!
Do you know how big I could print the rotor before it explodes or something at 3450? Also what I fill and wall settings did you use?
Amazing! Very good model you made there.
That sounds really nice! Wow!
It sounds just like a 2t22
This is a 2t22 ;¬;
You mean sounds like the real 2T22
Sounds like the old 2t22 on a neighboring town's fire station. Pretty sure the last time it went off was for a major recycling plant fire.
Can you sell this?
Sounded pretty close to the one in my town, the winddown is so slow and you can hear it across town even at 100-200rpm
That’s awesome! Love the progress! I would love to make my own! You inspire me dude!
Wow that's pretty impressive. Liked and subbed, keep up the good work
Can you send me the link to the site where you made the 3D printed mermaid?
Siren?*
The translator is very bad than the real translator
I'm impressed!! Keep up the good work!
The RPM of the real thing is 3400 RPM
sound like "big" 3T22
Wow, this is awesome. It sounds exactly like the the original siren too
That is an awesome and authentic looking and sounding model! Great job!! 👍
Thank you very much!

That's awesome! Could you try to build a mini Loudon Comms ES-2000 electronic siren? Im a fan of that model. Lots of em.
My friend was thinking about making an electronic mini siren soon. I dont know if I ever will though.
Umm....2:53 to start it :)
Looks amazing!
Is there a way i could have the OBJ or STL files to those?
Cool! And pretty accurate.

It pretty much sounds like it's bigger counterpart
What's that dual axle motor you used for the mini 2T22? Is it still available?
I got it off of Amazon. If I remember right it was this one. www.amazon.com/dp/B07WMQ3C4B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_muBKFbSBJS8A3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Is this siren for sale or did you make it
Is it 3d printed?
Yes. Hi! I'm Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1003A Tornado Siren.
Wind down sounds like an ACA Hurricane. Other than that, pretty nice!
Would you make one of these to sell?
Can you make a 2001 with a 3D print? It's the white kind.
Thought about doing that at some point. I unfortunately don't know when that would be.

How do you make that I want one
Could u do a tutorial of a homade siren like this
I'm going to 3d print a hand-cranked air-raid siren
Sound like the real 2T22 or 3T22 👍
That sounds realistic
You should mount it on a poll
That is very impressive! can you make a mini STH10?
Im sure I could out of the top part of this siren. Just dont have the free time anymore.
It sounds real! Not sure why 180 people liked the video and I see no comments but, overall, great video!
I had the comments hidden on accident, just fixed that lol.
Finally the first mini 2t22
Not the first but its the first one thats not a fake cheap paper build with an iphone inside it
I meant like a functional one
Sound very alike to the real one
Broken solar panel needs this
I already test the motor to 27 vdc use a vfd start and hole thing explode at 9087 rpm
try and make it into a 3T22 by adding dampers u could use magnets to move it wont be as strong but it should make functional dampers
The solenoids he bought were too large for the scale, plus he wanted to keep it as a 2t22 for simplicity.
Nice!!
Sounds like a real ones
At 0:00 it looks like the bottom has 12 horns.
Nice siren
Quite impressive
