One Loudoun is one of Ashburn's youngest communities. It's nice and in a great location. And it's very safe with a new Sheriff's office located in the community. Having said that, Ashburn is in Dulles International Airport’s active flight paths, and for some reason planes just sound louder around One Loudoun.
One Loudoun has some of the best restaurants out there in all of Ashburn. I enjoyed not having to pay for parking in the parking garages there and having its parking system very similar to what's seen at Tyson's Corner mall's parking garages.

Very true. I love living walking distance to Downtown One Loudoun now.
