The prince in your video didn't look like the original animated Prince Eric nor the new live-action Prince Eric played by Jonah Hauer-King (and not Noah Schnapp). However, the dress Ariel put on looked like the one she wore in the new live-action/CGI remake of "The Little Mermaid".

It was a good thing Sebastian the crab got the yellow dolphin out of the fishing net and threw the bottle of coke out of the sea, because, when dolphins get caught in fishing nets, they wouldn't be able to come up to the surface for air and then drown and the guy throwing the bottle of coke into the water was a case of pollution. Ariel and Flounder don't look for human items with a metal detector. Ariel, the other mermaid, Floundy and Sebastian were brave and clever enough to rescue Flounder from Ursula and the anglerfish. Why did Ursula take part in Ariel and the other mermaid's performance after she in prisoned Flounder? She was the bad guy.
