A business manager/ personal p.a. will deal with a management company both before and after to ensure that the properties are maintained and ready for your arrival and that of seasonal guests that you allow to stay . Additional staff are generally locals with a attachment historically to the property, or hired through the aforementioned management company. Hope this helps.
