Alice? Surprisingly as riveting as the Alice in the Ralph Fiennes flick! I like her. I would never look a gift horse in the mouth, so would gladly accept most properties being gifted to me, but if I am to be really pleased, then I would prefer a Seafront/Oceanfront property with a soft coral or sand beach and waist-high warm, crystalline water in a tropical climate like that of South of France(like this property, but with the right kind of beaches and water) or in Sardinia or the Italian coast. I would always want country properties with views of and access to a beach, a lake, or a river in a temperate climate. I would also like to have access to a river, a lake, a park, or a pedestrian precinct even in metropolitan properties. I would still like to have a access to at least a river or a lake even in skiing properties. The only place where I would avoid a frigid waterfront would be in places where the winters are freezing and where I'm not there for a brief vacation. I want all properties with large and wide, open multiple indoor and outdoor living, social and activity spaces. I prefer 20th century properties to both minimalist and period properties, but wouldn't mind a contemporary property that isn't too minimalist or a period property that has been revamped to reflect the 20th century or contemporary aesthetic.
