@@LindasPantry I added shaved Parmesan, and used pork lard as my fat. 3/4 cup gently melted. I feel like maybe I didn’t let it rise long enough the 2nd time once the rolls were formed. It’s denser than I expected. It could have been the fat I used too. I’ll have to play with it with different fats. Thank you again for sharing this! It’s amazing with my turkey gravy! And best wishes for your new pantry. Definitely share it when you’re all set up!

Internet says add up to 10% fat in bread. This video looks like a half cup of oil.

Can I use an animal fat as the oil? I keep schmaltz, lard and tallow as well as bacon drippings at all times. Thank you!
I would imagine you could I would start with a half a cup and see how the recipe comes out
