Well to answer your questions. They all are part himachal pardesh police orchestra. They all are selected in the orchestra on the basis of their talent. They don't have any other duty to do in himachal police there only duty is to perform like army band or police band they only perform in prades or somehow similar occasion. So you are saying is it necessary to perfo5in uniform so I say yes. The need to because where ever they perform they perform under himachal pradesh police like they are performing their duties as a himachal pradesh police orchestra.
