Honestly I'd love for Muteba to either fight or at least help train Gaoh Ryuki, because if anyone could help Gaoh fully understand and refine the weak-points of that style it would be someone who between his senses and mercenary background is probably the hardest counter to that style. As for the job I imagine it's either to help work out other potential Worms in Purgatory or trying to unearth details about Naidan specifically, as what led him to make the call was the end of that match. I think in both cases the result will be him helping the cast learn a little more about Worm.
I feel like Muteba's main strength is that he traps his opponents into a single-minded fighting style. His opponent stops thinking about how to win and they get sidetracked with trying to rob Muteba of his senses when, in fact, it's a fool's errand. So, he can't see. That only means you have to fight around and disable four more senses. It's like as if a man with four arms wielding four sawed-off shotguns approached you but then dropped one of them. No one in their right mind would think "Oh, this is great, my odds of winning are so massive now, I've only got to wrestle three more shotguns away from him.", they'd think "If I sucker-punch this guy out with one blow, maybe he won't eviscerate me immediately with the three shotguns he's pointing at me?". Muteba fools his opponents into dropping their fighting styles for the sake of wrestling shotguns and fighting a ridiculously impractical battle instead of just fighting against him with all their strength, using their usual fighting style and going for the win instead of trying to dance around the bush pinging at his other senses. Just because Muteba has four and not five senses, that doesn't mean that targeting those senses specifically is any less of a waste of your time.

What's funny about the coup is they've managed to unite some of the most dangerous fighters to temporary ally themselves and fight back against them. You've got wounded martial artists and fighters but what they should've been worried are the dangerous killers and psychos like Raian, Muteba, Agito, Bando, and Setsuna. Even Katahara's fighters like Nikaido and Julius are absolutely pissed that Katahara's willing to throw away their lives despite fighting for him. Then there's Sen, one of the most dangerous fighters who defeated Wakatsuki and a candidate for the Fang, running away from the Guardians.
After watching this video to the end, I came to a conclusion. What if the entire tournament is a setupt? What if Nogi joined forces with the purgatory chairman and they only pretended to fight each other to sniff out the Worms that infiltrated them?
Muteba is easily A+ rank, perhaps even S class if he got stronger in Kengan Omega. Anyhow, the dude can defeat nearly anyone using his weakness observation tactics and sneak attacks.
his fight with seki is one of my favorites in the entirety of kengan. i loved the back and fourth, the respect he gave seki by finishing him with a pin, etc. he, seki and the match itself are heavily underrated.
He's my 3rd favorite fighter I didn't even realize people underestimated him until I heard people saying with certainty that Cosmo, Akoya, Sen could beat him.

And I’m SURE it would take awhile to feel alright again and to move his head without agony in his wrecked eye sockets. Even when your blind, your eyes move in their sockets to correspond with attention. What would that feel like to get that impulse to look right and all you get in response is pain from serrated eye muscles trying to move? Ouch.
People need to remember that Wakatsuki wasn't sure if he could have beaten Muteba had he continued. Whenever people make rankins they always seem to put Muteba way to low. That guy is a top class fighter on the level of guys like Agito, Wakatsuki, Ohma, Raian, Julius or Gaolang. Physically he might not be strongest but he is highly intelligent and extremely skillful. I woud argue that the only person who is more skillful than Muteba is Kuroki. There are so many characters that people sleep on

Not a chance. Muteba excels at analyzing his opponents fighting style, plus he relies on evasion. Nicolas would never land those nerve numbing shots and Muteba would end him with heart jab or eye poke. Or, he would take hits on purpose to fool Nicolas and then develop a counter-strategy.

Not a chance. Muteba excels at analyzing his opponents fighting style, plus he relies on evasion. Nicolas would never land those nerve numbing shots and Muteba would end him with heart jab or eye poke. Or, he would take hits on purpose to fool Nicolas and then develop a counter-strategy.

Muteba is an ok char but to Normal to compared to monsters , imo muteba is a better okubo.

Muteba is a strategist and relies on evasion, plus can easily kill Nicholas if he lands heart jab or eye poke. Yeah, Nicholas is fast, so I doubt it would be easy, but Muteba is far too cunning not to take advantage of Nicolas attacks.

what could Muteba do to Nic ? and like i said , a match under purgatory rules or no rules ? nic can dodge muteba , its a 5-5 situation i think but in some situations is 6-4 for Nic , 1 hit can put Muteba down and again Nic can dodge 100% of what muteba did so far.... but if Nic got dumb 1 hit can put him down easy... thats Nic in a nutshell , dude is fast with top 2 reaction speed + op techniques ....sooo muteba so far is below.

@@pandaman1331 any A tier could give high difficulty to an A+ tier. gaolang and kiryu could give someone like wakatsuki a hard time too. they aren't S tier like kanoh and kuroki. i personally place waka in a tier of his own (A+) along with julius, hatsumi and probably raian. Muteba is A tier

Following this logic, Wakatsuki would destroy Muteba with 0 dificulty. Despite this, their fight was quite close, it makes no logical sense why someone who would get injured and struggle against the crazy guy could face Wakatsuki in an even manner
