As much as I enjoy their videos here, I don't follow these people outside of this channel, know nothing of their facebook or instagram accounts, and until now had no idea they were anything _other_ than a gentleman and a lady until just now. Please don't assume everyone knows the background of the channel creators the way you do, especially when there's nothing on the channel itself mentioning the situation, and half the couple stays almost entirely off-camera.

The char kway tiao uncle caught my attention when I was having a meal there. The whole setup is in contrast with the other stalls in the hawker center, very simple with a big ass hood and cover. And the whole energizer-bunny frying style while cooking. The cooking fumes smell good!
I pulled a "Dancing Bacons" yesterday and bought a ton of international snacks and drinks at my local World Market. I'm well stocked on Japanese candy, German sodas and Taiwanese bubble milk tea drinks.
Just found you dancing bacon! Been bing watching your videos. I love the fried flat noodle guy in this video! He was so animated and orchestrated his moves to dance to what he was making. Love it when people like him put love into each dish they make. This fancy footwork also keeps his back from killing him when he goes home at night.
That Char kway teow chef is amazing. He must've been doing that for most of his natural life, and I bet even on a bad day he has more soul and passion in his job than most people have on their best day. That's just art, right there.
God I miss Singapore and its wide ranges of street foods. I really hope this whole pandemic blows over soon so I can visit again. That country is so small but has a LOT to offer 😭
