You are a wholesome, strong and determined person and even with your migranes and all the challenges you have faced growing up till now you still strive to do what your believe in and It has motivated me a lot and changed me in many ways! One more thing I've learnt is that, while targeting a problem being faced, "the golden mindset " and mjndset shifts are just as important as the physical steps to be taken. Thank you for everything you're doing! Keep shining!
I learned a lot of things from you and I'm so thankful !❤. But I think the best thing that I learned from you is that "you are able to choose what is going to happen for you in the future. With just little decisions." It made me limit my screen time to 2 hours a day and be a lot more productive and ace all of my term exams. Thank you very much for teaching us a lot of great things girl ! Love you A-team forever ❤❤
@wamyy5: One of the most impactful and genuinely helpful lessons from your videos is a piece of advice that has stuck with me-the idea of placing sticky notes on a monitor (or just on your working place) as reminders of goals and tasks. It’s such a simple yet powerful strategy, and I absolutely love how it keeps the enthusiasm alive. Every time those notes come into view, they serve as a little spark, reigniting dedication and focus. It’s like a constant, gentle push towards staying on track, and I truly appreciate how something so small can make such a big difference. Thank you so much, Amy! Your content is always inspiring. :D
Here's some tips that may also help which I did to ace my tests. 1. When you are going to study, put a stopwatch to see how long you can grind without getting distracted. Just thinking about something else once in a while is alright, but do not waste your grinding time. Every day try to focus for more and more time. 2. Write down your thoughts in a notebook or in a google doc whenever you feel like quitting. Write down what you feel, motivational quotes, accomplishments to fuel further motivation, etc. 3. Stop thinking "what if I cant do it". Think what if you can. Think of the outcome. Good luck, you got this homie.
THE TIMING IS CRAZY!!! (ive been feeling drain from all of my surroundings) I hope this will help me to fight of the negative spirit! Thanksss again amy!!
As for looking for human potential, I really do look up to Amy because she's a relatable human with similar struggles like ours, and she has accomplished so much already, which is honestly really inspiring for me to do the same
Literally! I'm taking 16 classes, 4 of which are APs, and I was inspired by her dedication to the grind. Been watching her for 2 years now! Im taming AP PSYCH, AP LIT, AP CALC, and AP GOV. Because of her im going to the gym, and aiming for 8 hrs of sleep when i can. I think that i connect to her things so much because she has a Humanistic perspective mixed with a Cognitive and Behavioral one. She talk about humans' ability to unlock their potential, change their way of thinking, and keep in mind the creation of good systems of behavior. A combination of all 3 make her remarkably inspirational, Respect the Grind Amy 🙌💪❤️⚡️
AMYYY I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT ONLY YOU KNOW AND FEEL ME! I SUCK AT WAKING UP AND I ALWAYS HATED THAT AND YOU STARTED THIS SO STRONG I LOVE YOU AMYYYY💪🏼😭
Hey Amy, I can’t express enough how much your words mean to me. Watching this video, when you spoke about human potential and how thoughts are just thoughts if we don’t act on them, something clicked inside me. You said that everything around us is made by turning those thoughts into action-and it was like a light bulb went off. I’ve always had these big dreams, but it hit me: if I want to make them real, I need to stop just thinking and start doing. Your words gave me the nudge I needed to finally realize that the power is in my hands to take action and turn my dreams into something concrete. I’m 14, living in Pakistan, and while the path to success is often clouded by challenges and limitations, your story keeps me going. Watching how you’ve transformed your dreams into reality gives me hope. I’ve been holding on to my dream of becoming a Mission Specialist astronaut for years, and I know now that the journey ahead won’t just be about dreaming big-it’ll be about making those dreams happen, one step at a time. Thank you for being the kind of person who doesn’t just talk about success, but shows us how to make it real. Your strength, your drive, and your honesty have truly inspired me to act, not just dream. I know I’ll carry this lesson with me for the rest of my life. With all my gratitude, Fizza
Great work Amy! The "Yes, you" really caught my eyes. It's a fact that people think that these videos don't work for them, but this title & thumbnail really catches people's attention. Keep up with the creativity! 👏❣
Hi Amy I'm a teenager, and I've been watching your videos since few months ago and I really really REALLY am very grateful to you for changing my mindset from a fixed to the growth one, I wish you always stay blessed and healthy. sending loads of love to you! 💙
the first tip about talking to yourself was so helpful, i often find myself and my mind being the biggest obstacle when trying to be productive. thank you really, i love your videos.
Im really happy due to the fact that a content creator like you Amy is finally reaching all high school and college students globally. This is soo exciting because we are unfortunately in a time when we need this type of content most! it has been a while since I've been watching your videos and I've been recommending them to others ever since. With content creators like you, we will definitely gain the secret to acing life!!
If I'm going through something or feel overwhelmed sometime, I usually can't share with anyone and somehow I feel even more overwhelmed. Honestly I always loved your videos. It always help me get motivated. It's never like the other motivational videos, it's like a big sis is giving me advices and practical solutions that I can actually apply easily. Thanks a lot. Keep up your great work. ❤️❤️ And also congrats on your wedding sis. 💝💝

Hey Amy! Anika this side I am just a 12yr old with great dreams and ambitions and a straight A student but the past few lockdown years have reallly drained me and taken it out of me. My journey of self-healing is really heloing me and guess what, you are the prime part of it 🧡
Our queen has posted another fantastic video!! 🧡🧡🧡 I have tried journaling and I have tracked I believe 22 days so far on my Fabulous app to track my holistic habits I have cultivated so far! Another tip I want to try out is consuming intentional content. I have been listening to more of your podcasts during longer walks so I want to continue that positive feedback loop!
I’m a full-time freelance writer and digital marketer, so no longer a student, but find your videos so helpful. I can attest to the fact that deleting social media is life-changing. I deleted IG the last week of 2024 and went without it 3 weeks before having to download it again for work purposes. I didn’t want to download it again because the constant noise in my head stopped (never realized it was IG causing it; I thought I was just overwhelmed with work. Lol nope). I suddenly had so much time for my hobbies, my creativity skyrocketed, anddddd my attention span increased tenfold. No kidding. Being a writer means my brain is on for most of the day, and feeding it with IG in my spare time only exhausted it more. Lesson learned. I barely spend 20mins on IG per day now. And I sure as heck will delete it again at some point when work allows.
Amy thank you SOO much. I discovered you only about a week ago and you are the only person that keeps me motivated. Your tips are always on point and real. While watching your video I just took a notebook and started writing. I realised even though I don't feel enough I've finished so much work this week. I'm proud of myself and I'll keep pushing! Love you❤
Thankyou so much Ms. Amy Wang for helping me out. I have finally conquered my procrastination loop and got to get things done , ive been following you since 1 month and this last month i studied so much that i am finally getting back where i used to be before my long break from studies, I was in a procrastination loop which ended up my sgpa falling down in 3rd sem of college... But now your videos have made a major impact on me and its one of the major helps I've gotten to get me out of that phase SO MUCH RESPECT TO YOU thanks for helping us, I dont know if u realize how much you are changing and saving lives of many ppl around the world (including me) hope u read this comment
This is exactly what I needed right now. I’ve been following you for some time now, and you’ve been a constant source of guidance and encouragement. Your tips are mindset-changing and drive me towards action. Thanks a lot! Sending lots of love and admiration🧡
I haven't been using YT for since December and honestly I am proud of it. From being unable to do a chapter in a day I am able to do like five six chapters in a day (working day) . I too have this quote generated by me that - use study video for guidance not as a guide. YT logo is literally a pause button because it pauses your way to success. Amy thank you so much. Your podcasts are soooooo much helpful. But honestly tackling boredom that comes out of nowhere is a problem. I tried finding a solution that maybe I just need to think that studying is ultimately making me this incredible person. But please try helping it Amy ❤❤❤
11:39 this part made me tear up because there are so many ideas I got that are in my notes app and notebook on which I haven't worked on. Thank you, amy, for everything that you do, for this video and all your videos till now❤ you are an incredibly amazing human being❤ I hope your wedding and everything you desire and care for in your life goes amazing🤍
Actually, Amy's channel helped me a lot in my academic journey. The previous semester, the only reason I was able to get all A's was this channel and not because of some other tips, but because it helped me a lot with my mindset shifts. Because at the end of the day you know you need to study and I am sure we all have watched enough videos that we know how to study, it was only a matter of believing in yourself. It was realistic approach and made me stop being so hard on myself, be positive and i did it. Thank you tons for all the work you do, Amyy✨
Wow, I am SO proud of you!! I'm so happy I was able to help you realize the potential you had inside all along. Keep shining and remember to celebrate yourself and how amazing you are
My exams will be starting on 15th February. This year, I'm turning 15 next month and in my country, this exam is held on a national level. I know I've messed up everything since I entered high school but I realized it's never too late. Thankyou so much Amy for making my New Year so special. 💗 I'm sure I'll be able to ✨ACE✨ my life.
Thanks a lot amy even i was feeling down and had been procrastinating a lot recently. Definitely i will implement what u said and i am sure to cut down my screen time. And gonna watch just ur videos hereafter ur the best ❤❤❤
Thanks for this Amy! I've been struggling for the past few weeks since I don't want to fail my subjects but I just don't know how to start or what to do so I was just binge watching your old videos. ❤
Hey Amy!! I just wanted to suggest a thing, that maybe one idea for your future video could de "How to be a Doer not a Dreamer" because i am sure i will watch it! idk why it seems like a video where i would love to hear your thoughts!
The timing is just CRAZY AND PERFECT at the same time! My boards start from 18 and i haven't finished my syllabus yet (forget about revising and all T_T) Left everything for the last moment because of procrastination and my social media addiction but i am tryna cover up for all that in these last days.. I just hope that i get the score i want🫨... Anyways thanks a lot amy, u are like a big sister who's always there for us
Thanks so much Amy for the call to action - I really need to delete social media but app timers don't get me off social media (i just use the web apps which doesn't solve the problem). My mom keeps telling me not to worry about TH-cam because she thinks it isn't social media like IG/FB/TikTok but I spend way too much time on it and this needs to stop. I'm always being told that I don't need to stress out about school - I get straight As, am taking the most rigorous courses possible, and am doing several ECs at this point, but I still feel that I don't have time to do what I want to do and the 2-3 hours I spend on my phone and iPad every day is probably why. Hearing about social media's detrimental effects doesn't bring me any closer to deleting it, but I have come to the realization that I need to stop myself from continuing this cycle of resorting to social media to escape the feeling of depression that comes from my own lack of free time.
thank you so much for this video, i was just today procrastinating on my studies because i actually have an exam tomorrow... again thank you for the motivation!!
@@wamyy5 heyy amy i dont know if you'll read this but i did really good in my exam and i hadn't anxiety at all!! wish you're proud of me... greetings from italy ❤🇮🇹
I've been wanting to delete social media for a while now, but I always feel discouraged to because my sisters want to send me things and complained when I deleted TikTok. It's not about what they want, its about the complaining but if I have instagram I can't get off.. I'm going to delete some apps and just not tell them unless they ask because I really want to make the most of my life. This was an amazing video. I started journaling before I watched this, I've been trying to study more, trying to read more instead of being on my phone, deleting social media is one of the only things left for me to maximize my progress. Thank you for this video :)
That was literally incredible ,amazing ,breathtaking, I mean, you are the best. Thanks so much for your amazing videos which are pieces of art honestly. I watched almost all of your videos even the math ones, and they helped me a lot. By the way your english is stunning, I'm not a native speaker but I can understand every single word you are saying. I just wanted to say thank you for your amazing advice and tips that helped me a lot to achieve So many things such as being in the first in my school ,cuz I got a very goodgrade. I'm Hiba and I love you so much from Morocco and congratulations on your wedding.❤🎉
Right now I think Amy and I share the same brain cell because I was overthinking for the past week and suddenly the dots started to connect on how when ever I eat food I see it as a break and get my phone off my desk and for hours I keep watching TH-cam videos and when I see the clock it’s almost time to sleep and I have an exam tomorrow wow and I get more unmotivated so I sat down and started to think what I should do and don’t but even though I know what to do it makes me feel so freaking sad 😞 that I can’t I don’t have the power to but now that I watched this video I feel so good 😊 ❤
How do I tell you Amy!!!!!!???? You are something that changed my perspectives and approaches. As a girl struggling with distractions .. listening to you just motivates me ❤❤. Thank youuu soo much !!!!
The biggest thing to do after this video is to actually do the task and after like 25 mins or 25 mins the timer rings and then you make more notes of this videos and do all the things that you are thinking about.
Thank you so much for that free month of Skillshare. I learned a lot in your video. I am way under 6 hours of private screentime. Nethertheless I will cut my Social Media consumption a bit more. I already use digital wellbeing to allow me 15 minutes of instagram and 15 minutes of other stuff a day. I still want to be able to see the videos that my fiance or close friends share, we don't chat on these platforms but we are not able to watch funny videos everyday together on our couch because of different shifts. Also I still want to be able to look at that lifehack or that thing what I can do creative with our kids (maybe trying to engage my little one to crochet a blanket of cats with me)
You know...... one of the most addictive things in the whole industry is short-form content. I personally am very, very addicted to yt shorts. SO, I installed a chrome extension that will turn shorts into normal videos, so you don;t scroll, and you would also get the info you need in a particular short. (in my laptop)
Hi Amy, I love your videos❤❤ I want your advice on how to have energy throughout the day as I get tired very easily, it might be also because I have gained a lot of weight during the lockdown and due to that I have low energy levels. Thank you ❤❤
1. be your own cheerleader 2. consume longer content and structured content, like useful courses online, reading books and listening to long podcasts while doing productive stuff 3. journal, to clear your mind and plan for the future 4. look for human potential. take note of all sorts of things humans can do, which does means we all have the potential in us to succeed. 5. create time, or technically make time by curating our social media feeds or simply using social media less.
THANK YOU A-TEAM FOR 600K!! 🧡🧡🧡🎉🎉🎉
What’s your favorite thing you’ve learned from my videos? 🥹

I have tried journaling and
11:39 this part made me tear up because there are so many ideas I got that are in my notes app and notebook on which I haven't worked on.

My boards start from 18 and i haven't finished my syllabus yet (forget about revising and all T_T)
Left everything for the last moment because of procrastination and my social media addiction but i am tryna cover up for all that in these last days.. I just hope that i get the score i want🫨...
Anyways thanks a lot amy, u are like a big sister who's always there for us

So happy you liked it! 💪
Hearing about social media's detrimental effects doesn't bring me any closer to deleting it, but I have come to the realization that I need to stop myself from continuing this cycle of resorting to social media to escape the feeling of depression that comes from my own lack of free time.
i just wanna say thank you so much for these wonderful and amazing advices, it really impacts me as i journey to success. Thanks again amy❤❤.
thank you so much for existing! (being grateful for human potential) :D
Aw you’re the sweetest! 🥰 thank YOU for existing!

Hiii! Thank you so so much for telling me! Words like yours really help me keep going to make these videos :)
you're so underrated..thank you for this video
Thank you queen
I've been wanting to delete social media for a while now, but I always feel discouraged to because my sisters want to send me things and complained when I deleted TikTok. It's not about what they want, its about the complaining but if I have instagram I can't get off.. I'm going to delete some apps and just not tell them unless they ask because I really want to make the most of my life. This was an amazing video. I started journaling before I watched this, I've been trying to study more, trying to read more instead of being on my phone, deleting social media is one of the only things left for me to maximize my progress. Thank you for this video :)
Ahhhh that’s tough but yes put yourself first!! Your life is the most important and I’m glad you’re prioritizing your potential!
Helpful advice!

Yay! Good luck! ✨
Right now I think Amy and I share the same brain cell because I was overthinking for the past week and suddenly the dots started to connect on how when ever I eat food I see it as a break and get my phone off my desk and for hours I keep watching TH-cam videos and when I see the clock it’s almost time to sleep and I have an exam tomorrow wow and I get more unmotivated so I sat down and started to think what I should do and don’t but even though I know what to do it makes me feel so freaking sad 😞 that I can’t I don’t have the power to but now that I watched this video I feel so good 😊 ❤
Yesss hahaha I can relate XD So happy this helped you!
i watch your videos to be productive so 😅, those videos** are your videos for me
Very informative video.
How do I tell you Amy!!!!!!????
You are something that changed my perspectives and approaches. As a girl struggling with distractions .. listening to you just motivates me ❤❤. Thank youuu soo much !!!!
Thanks for sharing!! Always happy to help ❤
The biggest thing to do after this video is to actually do the task and after like 25 mins or 25 mins the timer rings and then you make more notes of this videos and do all the things that you are thinking about.
I lov u dude ✨💛💛💛
Thank you so much for that free month of Skillshare. I learned a lot in your video. I am way under 6 hours of private screentime. Nethertheless I will cut my Social Media consumption a bit more. I already use digital wellbeing to allow me 15 minutes of instagram and 15 minutes of other stuff a day. I still want to be able to see the videos that my fiance or close friends share, we don't chat on these platforms but we are not able to watch funny videos everyday together on our couch because of different shifts. Also I still want to be able to look at that lifehack or that thing what I can do creative with our kids (maybe trying to engage my little one to crochet a blanket of cats with me)
Is it just me trying to learn a language by immersing myself in this YT channel? Anyway, thanks very much Amy, you're awesome
That's awesome ! And thank you!
You know...... one of the most addictive things in the whole industry is short-form content. I personally am very, very addicted to yt shorts. SO, I installed a chrome extension that will turn shorts into normal videos, so you don;t scroll, and you would also get the info you need in a particular short. (in my laptop)
Hi Amy, I love your videos❤❤
I want your advice on how to have energy throughout the day as I get tired very easily, it might be also because I have gained a lot of weight during the lockdown and due to that I have low energy levels. Thank you ❤❤
Amy, l want to study for my exam before 2 or 3 days but l'm always studying the night before my exam. Please can you make video about it
The timing is crazyyy
this is unrelated but you eye shadow and eyelashes are literally so gorgeous
1. be your own cheerleader
2. consume longer content and structured content, like useful courses online, reading books and listening to long podcasts while doing productive stuff
3. journal, to clear your mind and plan for the future
4. look for human potential. take note of all sorts of things humans can do, which does means we all have the potential in us to succeed.
5. create time, or technically make time by curating our social media feeds or simply using social media less.
Amy's back🎉
I'll watch this after finishing my English project ❤
The video is special for me 💗
