You know, a lot of travel channels that end up bringing in their SO tend to feel forced, but you two have such chemistry! It feels like Suzanne has been a (onscreen) part of the channel the whole time!
Like always, you guys never disappoint. What I love about your videos is that it is more about the travel experience and tips, rather than a narcissistic luxury show off. Thanks
@@UlliStein Honestly, we've had dark and brooding Daniel Craig as James Bond, let's try fish-out-of-water, eternal optimist, imported American Jeb Brooks as James Bond for the next film.
Cunard was always a step above any cruise ship. no cutsey themed voyages here. This is how the other half lives. I'm glad you & Suzanne can enjoy these adventures.
Watching this channel over the last few years I love how humble and excited you are for new adventures. Keep up the great videos! See you in the skies!
Amazing video, Jeb and Suzanne!! Thank you so much for taking the time to film and produce this film for us to enjoy! It looks like you two had an amazing time on that cruise. A lot of us cannot afford to take a vacation like that, so it helps us see what we are missing! God bless both of you
Back in the mid-70's we had friends going on a cruise to Bermuda out of New York City. They invited us to the sail-away. In those days we were allowed to go on the ship to look around with them, were given champagne to drink as we walked around, then bells rang to tell us guests it was time to leave. We waited on the dock and our friends went to the rail where we all waved until they were too far away. It was a blast. I always wanted to go on a cruise, but my husband was more interested in road trips. Can't fault the trips we did make on trains though, some routes Jeb has featured.
There are so many travel shows on YT. A lot of them are good. A lot of them are wonderful: I can honestly say you are one of my favorite channels. You two are such a great team. Jeb, You got good taste. Susan: YOU GO GIRL!!!! Such a Smart Woman
Jeb! Can't believe it, but we were on the same cruise as you! We just got off on July 28th - we spent a total of 51 nights onboard Queen Anne. We did the Maiden Voyage in early May, and wanted a bit more - so opted for a longer cruise - so did four back to backs. We're long time viewers, but our first time commenting. Unfortunately we didn't get to see you on this trip, but we're very much looking forward to seeing your thoughts on what we think is a brilliant introduction to the Cunard fleet!
Cool quick trip on a great ship! Not a fan of the "formal dress" requirement, but Suzanne was rockin that "old thing". Haha. Yeah, ok Jeb looked good too...haha.
You guys always have the fun👍 I give you both credit. Stuck on a boat all day with meals and the ocean views which does get boring can be lame. Nothing beats stretching one’s legs in a foreign place meeting the natives and different places with a rental car as well as one night accommodations in a hotel
Hey guys, really happy to see you guys thoroughly enjoying your life together. Cheers to you, and your continued success, which brings you your fabulous enjoyable lives! Thanks for the clip
💛💛💛 Thanks for including floor plans! The bathroom in your suite is beautiful! The lobby looks like the lobby from one of the newer Japanese Ferry Ships! You both look amazing!! It suits you!!
Teatime is also about the experience. Years ago, I worked with a French company and we always had a 15 minute espresso break in the afternoon. I always enjoyed it. We took the time to talk about our home lives and it was interesting hearing how people in other parts of the world lived.
Love Cunard ships, we usually go on the Victoria, but the Anne is on the list so this was interesting. Funnily enough we went on the old QE2 a few times and then in 2007 on the then new Mary. The comment about bedding in rings true because I didn't love that trip, but 3 years later loved the Mary and it felt more homely! Just discovered this channel, love it!!
I think you’re wearing a LF traveler! Can’t think of an apt luxury watch to go along with the luxury experience. High horology heavy hitter! I’m still waiting for the “Jeb Brooks Watches” channel!
By just visiting Dunottar Castle in Scotland I learned what a Drawing Room is - a room you can withdraw to to relax and get away. Thank you so much for your TH-cam Chanel🙏
Loved this episode! I have an upcoming voyage on the Queen Anne (UK > Canary Islands > Portugal > UK), and I’m so excited. This will be my third cruise with Cunard-my goal is to experience each of their ships! Thanks for sharing your experience.
Watch spotting on Jeb Brooks - couldn't ID it for a while, but Jeb had a Laurent Ferrier Galet Traveler, and briefly had another watch on with bracelet which I couldn't get a good look at. I think Suzanne has a classic Oyster Perpetual in Silver dial. Living my dream, haha
Great video we sail her 2026 on same cruise. We have paid just £378 with our travel agents discount for an inside room an absolute steel. This will be just 1 of 4 Cunard cruises for us in 2026 😁
We sail QM2 in 20 days round trip 30 nights British Isles voyage. You put it on our radar screen! Love the two of you together so much. Best travel channel on YT!
Thanks for another great review, you both give such balanced points of view and really enjoy your videos. Queen Anne looks beautiful on the inside, just not so great from the outside. But I'd happily cruise on her.
The reason why it is called the Drawing Room, is that the posher classes, when they were having dinner parties, when they finished eating, they would withdraw to another room, where they would relax. Overtime, Withdrawing Room, was shortened to Drawing Room.
I use to work about Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas. We were docked in Southampton. I spent 14 months sailing in and out of there. Oh how I miss those days.
I'd definitely hit up the buffet for breakfast at least once; wakey wakey, eggs and bakey! A mid level restaurant for lunch, and then fine dining for dinner!
@@Rekuzan I just love the variety.. Most serve a combo of breakfast, lunch and dinner 24/7.. it's not always about pancakes and sausage in the morning.. Sometimes a taco bar is what I need in the morning, especially after a night of drinking..🤭
My husband and I took the QE2 from New York to England and the Concord back, obviously many years ago. I know we had a suite, but I do not remember which. It was a great trip. A drawing room is a formal room where one entertains guests. I notice the guests on your ship are much younger than on our trip. I think we were the youngest, but now we would fit right in.
Great to see another ship video. I have only sailed on Norwegian and Carnival; both very different and more geared towards families than Cunard and Silversea. I hope you get to try one of the mainstream or other premium category cruise lines.
I always keep your videos for the right moment. So I can give it my complete attention. I love it when I see a new video uploaded. Time to get some snacks and dig in. Thanks again jeb & Suzanne for another fantastic insight. Great video 😎
What an amazing trip! Seems you folks were pretty busy documenting everything (for us), however. Hope you get to stay longer next time! LOVE the food pics as always.

Nobody does pomp and circumstance like the British, even aboard a modern passenger liner. As a U.S. Navy veteran, I have great respect for their protocol and ceremony. Good on you, Cunard Line!
Well that was another awesomely fun video Jeb & Suzanne. I must admit that the portion sizes of some of the dishes had me wondering if that was a tapas restaurant you were eating at.

The nautical term for the front of the ship is "The Pointy End".
Will work that terminology in next time🤣
And the back of the ship is ‘The Blunt End’.
..........got a chuckle out of your comment for the front of a cruise ship being 'the pointy end'. Good one!! :)

Come for Jeb and Suzanne’s always genial travel commentary, stay for Jeb correctly saying Concorde without the definite article “the.”
