It's one of the defining qualities of PIA; their experienced and good pilots. Indeed, pilots to receive training, but take in to consideration PIA is the flag carrier of a country which is struggling financially. Training would be fairly limited in that case. A lot of airlines especially Arabian ones hire foreign pilots since they are usually better trained. PIA doesn't do that. A lot of other airlines do it as well.
U know how it happened the gears didnt open so the pilot belly landed the plane but he was out of runway so lifted the plane for another try but then due to that harsh landing the engines died shortly after and caused the plane to crash

But still there are pilot on charge beacuse of these unfortunate emergency conditions. Their maim function is to save passengers during such emergencies. It needs skill which I guess Pakistani Pilots lacked.
