好簡單，貼張單係個煲上面咪唔怕亂，佢地就係唔想用錢唔想用方法解決問題，新加坡成功唔係因為佢叻，只係佢地好彩，香港比咗大陸管理失敗，資金先走哂去新加坡
腊肠和滑鸡还有姜葱的味道特别香，米一定要干爽的，一粒一粒的，吃起来才有滋味。

The standard has dropped a lot. The rice they used is lower grade rice and upon cooked broken into smaller pieces affecting the texture, imho there’s other better ones around.

I tried this last year, it's not good. It's nothing if it's compared to Hong Kong claypot rice, even Malaysian one is better than this. I don't understand there's still so many queues on this Lian He Ben Ji Claypot Rice. Not worth the wait.

你没吃过日本拉面的叉烧吗？广式叉烧的酱料是有点甜的，而且是用考的，日式的就是在高汤里煮出来然后再去煎的。总而言之是两种不同做法。
