Depending on whether you have an acoustic guitar with metal wound strings or a classical guitar With nylon strings, it will be a little different. Sometimes it takes a while of playing to play without your hands but it's worth it! I had the same problem when I started

Yes, it’s nylon! I’m not sure exactly what brand, though, I think it’s called “Solid Top Yamaha”
