He certainly is the first and possibly last micheal phelps. He’s been such an inspiration to me since i was 8. I look up to him so much and have unspeakable respect for him and his efforts.
I was observing a Got Milk commercial in the Holy Spirit for Asian culture at the pool would be ideal to represent especially for future generation. Having decent fun is a goal. Thank you.
I love all the work youve put into thanks to male the legacy goes on ; i recently start to interess myselft about triathlon and making a video about one of the greatest or the greatest himself is inspiring
365/24/7 - up to 20 workouts a Day - no Problem for everyone now - with VITS - The Swim Training Evolution - Developed in Germany - created by myself - some new discovers. VITS has also been created through a good thousand hours of study of videos by michael phelps, ian thorpe and others I want to come in touch to the olympic training Center Great Video!
man i don’t understand he firstly said that “we were averaging 10 workouts a week and we had doubles three times a week” and afterwards he goes “we’d go from 5:00-7:00, 9:00-11:00 and 15:00-17:00 all in the pool with a weight session, so we’re having four workouts a day” so did he train 10 times per week or 4 times per day? he contradicts himself and it looks like he’s talking about two different times but i’m not sure, please helppp
Go back and watch it again. The 4 times a day section was about a specific training camp they did each year. Not the typical training weeks. Either way there is no surprise at all why he has set a record that will never be challenged. Absolute work ethic beast.
In India if you try to concetrate on a sport, you either don't get a chance, or your parents cane you, or *you drown* . Exception for 1 in a million Indians. It matches because 1.26 billion people in India and there are only 126 athletes going to Olympics
We must also give credit to his trainer who also didn't miss a day😎
Yeeaah man we should
It's the the most important part of his success
HONKY! THE! BALTIMORE! BULLET! (BB)! HONKY! HA! HA! HA!
Bob Bowman
Absolutely 💯 ❤❤❤
There should be a Hollywood movie about Michel Phelps
Why I want to hear Michael phelps and his stories.
Not somebody random actor movie fakeness
Michael Phelps became what he is because of the habits that Bowman instilled in him... and that's the role of a great coach.
Yes! Absolutely 💯
AMEN.
I don't wanna be the second mark spitz, I wanna be the first Michael Phelps. Wow man that's called a hardcore desire to be the greatest of all time.
Simply, the Greatest athlete there's ever been 🐐👑🙇

How I wish I could go back to 1999
It's always good to be under coach.....Tanvi Kapoor khanji....great swimmer...she drown other person...if she just in water...
If I have only me to care for I definitely fight for myself but human means those who live for others that's why ignoring u
You know the not taking a day off bit is over rated. When you need a break you take a break. People often die or suffer too much if there is no break
Yes most people need a break or they’ll get injured but it’s more about the fact he was so dedicated to it
In India if you try to concetrate on a sport, you either don't get a chance, or your parents cane you, or *you drown* . Exception for 1 in a million Indians. It matches because 1.26 billion people in India and there are only 126 athletes going to Olympics
India Sucks already...
India is doomed
Its the same shit everywhere, its just India has more People..,if you want it,if you think you can,go.
why do people even take 1 day off a week to become a olympian
you either do it or dont do it at all
Dang
1:09 its you can do it in four years, not you can do it for years LOL
I don't even know how to swim
I neither! 😂
Isant it better to take sundays off to recover
Shark doesn't take a day off to rest from swimming . So why we should ?
swimming is different because like he said, taking a break for even a day may make you lose your "feel of the water"
Did his cameraman miss a day?
There is no motivation he started at 9 and had a good coach by luck it was obvious he was gonna be a good athelete
Pretty unhealthy stuff.
Yeah, definetely, the kind of "unhealthyness" that turn you into Michael Phelps level
It's upto you whether you want your name written in history or you want a simple life in spending with family and friends..
You were born to do this , you didn't choose to do this. It chose you because it's your talent and your authentic srlf
Great
