this base has layered walls, multiple doors and some defense positions At a bare minimum of structures it is therefore very cost efficient. See this as an inspiration for similar base layout for yourself.

Cant build that base or cant build at that location ? The location definitely not. But there is a lot more of these buildings across the map. You can use STRG + D in the menu to turn into drone mode, then start a single player map and just fly around and scout. I can do a video tho ^^ If you´re talking about the build itself idk why that should not be possible, I did build on vanilla settings, and you can just upgrade time over time.

How to place the the Advanced fortification on the windows in Single player? It won’t let me lol 😂
Have you unlocked them ? You need advanced Survival skill for them, not Engeneering
got event that runs here, youd most likely be raided the first day you built here
