Just started using applications on the power platform, and literally everything in the video was great knowledge to learn early on (before going through the pain of integrating post production). You've helped this civilian developer gain confidence early on. Thanks guys!
I am in the process of incorrporating this technology in automation for employee onboarding and offboarding.. It might go alittle deeper with some runbooks and things of that nature.. but I will comment back after i try this out for myself.. Seems Promising. Great stuff guys
No doubt.. Are you guys still doing the shows... ? I think it said last updated Oct 21. Anyways Currently working on pulling all the data as a visual that will be effected prior to the approval of the employee termination task. That hopefully will automate some magic after im through and the next visual will be a success or email of success. Are you guys familiar with the secure store service on sharepoint? I will find out for myself after reviewing more.. but there is a problem with identity management on portals that dont support an identity provider type setup with mfa etc... Also less identities = less risk. Is it possible to use this service to store creds for the portals like... f5 support or vmware support or things of that nature... so new users who gain access to this type of portal only get applied to a security group that has access to the secure tore service app created and in return it will reach in the encrypted cred db and get the creds that arnt seen by the end user for the portal? You dont have to answer... but before i waste time... looking into it .. its a problem for sure though if places don't track all these users in an enterprise there could applications all over the place in the cloud that were legacy before audit controls in place . So even if you find the portals they use online you still have all these credentials out there instead of a single point management. I already looked at azure 's identity features and i didnt see this capability. Anyways just would be great if you knew anything around that area.. Or if you could use a power app.... to create something like that ? Respond when free. Cheers!
Hi Monashilpa, Use an automate rule for that. Here's a quick video that walks you through how to use automate rules th-cam.com/video/mugFvl_lISQ/w-d-xo.html

How to create a flow for sending an email notification when an item is deleted from a SharePoint list?
Hi Monashilpa,
