IT'S BACK!! The FIRST Passenger 747 since 2020 Arriving at LHR - RWY27R

At long last, the day every Heathrow spotter thought would never happen, finally came. In early 2024, Korean Air announced they would be using their 747-8I on its KE907/908 rotation between Seoul and London in place of their usual B777-300ER
This was absolutely huge news as this would mark the first regular passenger 747 route since the BA 747's were retired from service in 2020, not just at LHR but the whole of the UK!!
The 747 is an increasingly rare sight everywhere and even Korean may retire theirs soon, which could very possibly make this route when it ends in October 2024, the last ever Pax 747 to come to Heathrow..
