My grandpa, a 7th calvary Vietnam veteran watched this show from beginning to end. He had lived so long and done so much, and lost so much. He was a hard but proud man. I can only count so many time I've ever seen him cry. He cried at the end of this show. And I'm happy to have watched this phenomenal show with him.

Sam Elliott's acting in this scene is amazing. Just pure emotional "rawness" with every word that can only come from someone of Sam's age, where you can reflect on lost friends/family/loves and bring that emotional weight to bear when needed to convey this much emotional content from a moment with someone as young as Elsa is.

      Shea:
      1. Sé cómo te sientes.
      2. Mucha gente te dirá eso.
      29. Ese era su sueño.
      30. Luego la veré a ella,

It's kind of a shame the way the movie industry has gone - as far as everything is now pretty much streaming. She would have been a huge movie star. Unfortunately, that platform isn't as relevant today :( Still, she is not only beautiful, but an amazing actress.

This was a tuff one to watch, and I hope someday when the time comes, and I try to comfort someone who's lost a love one, I could be as eloquent as Shea was.

Sam Elliott deserves to win for this performance and Isabel was amazing. Why was she not nominated, also. The whole 1883 series was amazing.

I'm an expert at keeping my emotions internal, this scene took that expertise away, tore my soul open when he said he didnt have anyone that loved him. At the end of this show I was so upset that there wasn't another season at first, but then I realized you can't write another one and tell the story they did. Bravo Taylor Sheridan Bravo.

When someone you love dies it's like a broken bottle on the beach. At first the bottle is very sharp, but over the years & tides it gets dull. The pain is sharp in the beginning but dulls over time, although it never goes away. Great Scene, FLY NAVY!!!

My dad had always been a spitting imagine of Sam Elliot in my mind since I was born. When I first saw “Prancer” (I was was 3 I believe) and swore my dad was the fatherly actor in it. And as I get to see Sam age, I imagine that’s how my Dad would look everyday. ❤ he really is a blessing and to us in ways he doesn’t even know, like this this one.

I feel like I do too I feel like I don't have anyone left who loves me but I see it, I see the love I get from friends and family but I can also see how quick I'd be forgotten by them I try my best to leave mark not scar's but a mark to look back on when remembering me
