    Great demo, thanks! I have a question and been trying to find an answer: can the photos you took on the inspection app be timestamped?

    thanks for the straightforward and clear video/guide. However, I've notice my audit list is pretty long (about 20 questions/parts) and following your guide, the app only captured the first page (3 questions). Anyway to capture all?

      Yes in that case,you would need to create the app manually by Creat a new screen and select Horizontal print layout one as that would have more real estate to capture. Then you can add a form and connect to your backend.
      Hope it helps!

      @@ProductivityCentralChannel How do i add a horizontal print layout? Allow me to clarify...I've 20 audit questions/sections, however, the app only port over 3 of the 20 questions. When i attempt to do a new audit on power app, it only allow me to audit the first 3 questions

    Great video! I have built a similar app for a client that has a daily checklist. One feature that was requested was the ability to take & upload photos but only for some of the questions.
    I was able to add the add photo option but I have included them within a gallery alongside all the questions so currently there is an 'add photo' option for every question which isn't ideal but the bigger problem is when the photo is added, I do not have a feature built in to show a tick for example to say the photo was added. Do you know if this is possible to add to the app?

    Hello PC, your videos are very informative. Actually I’m working to create a symptom checker where users will select symptoms and diagnosis will be given according to the symptoms using power apps. But I am finding some complications in that. Can you make a video for this and post it please?

    Hi, Thanks for the Video. How do you capture data and save to the cloud if you have multiply sites. For example, each site logs in and does their inspections and submits the data. The data then shows the inspection info under that particular site. Thanks

    • @ProductivityCentralChannel
      @ProductivityCentralChannel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's very simple. Just add another column in your backend (either excel or SharePoint list) named Sites and select drop down option for that in form settings in powerapps.
      When on-site tech does the inspection using the app., they can just select that site drop-down and enter the relevant information.
      Hope this helps!

    Is there a way to create a report from all the inspection answers?

    What if someone developed a similar app they wanted to sell as SaaS. Let's say there was one of these apps better than all the others. Would you still use Powerapps if you were going to monetize this? If not, what would you use?

    This works perfect in preview mode, but when published to teams the buttons don't seem to work. Anyone else have this issue?

    His Productivity Center has anyone completed this without PowerAutomate? Has anyone used SharePoint Designer 2013 and SharePoint or SharePoint Desginer 2013 and MS Teams to do this can you include those videos? My job does not have license for PowerAutomate and I can't upload to their system so I'm stuck using what they have and since I'm not a developer for SP I need a workaround solution for the front and back-end using what I have to resolve this? Any suggestions to my problem from a developer would be ideal. Tks in advance

    If possible also share the download option for workbook and app through link

      Will try to create a link on the website to download for future videos. For now you can just scan the worksheet through excel mobile app and it will paste it in your workbook

    Hey PC, Thanks for the video. I am working on creating a Non-Conformance Report App using powerapps for my department. Something just like this Site Inspection but I need to add a printable report page on it with information generated from the details page. Could you me help?

    • @ProductivityCentralChannel
      @ProductivityCentralChannel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sure. How many rows do you have in your report page and what is the issue you are having with the printable page?
