I would say Stoicism is the key to this aspect and a very accurate way of approaching life (I do have it in The fourth house).
Also the way I found to release the bad energy accumulated in my heart and mind is by cultivating my own food at home and also gardening. I really enjoy those physical activities.

Discontentment in education even after getting highly qualified, discontentment in career eventhough I choosed it for myself 🤦♀️Also I don't get anything easily even if it's a minor wish, and after when I forget that thing completely it will appear in my life quite unexpectedly! But usually when that time approaches, I often lack the real excitement of getting what I wished for and therefore feel neutral. I laughed so much!!! It makes so much sense because I have this conjunction in libra 1st house. venus in the 8th.. I broke so many joints and bones and had many strange illnesses as a child thank god, nothing was permanent,, these incidents gave me an appreciation for every day of life from an early age .

My son has saturn ketu conjunction in 10th house, in Meen Rasi...& Sun Rahu in 4th house but in chalit giving result of Rahu of 5th & ketu in 11th house, as mother I feel that my son is not born for us, I never seen him happy at home, alway moody, he can not talk longer with us, if we try to talk longer he starting getting annoyed, but outside he is complete diffrent person, thank god Rahu mahadasa completed, Guru mahadasa started, he completed his master with first class first in Rahu dasa, he studied away from home, Rahu did not spoiled his study, he passes all his study with first class, but Rahu dasa took away my son away from us, since 2011 to 2015, he completely stopped talking with us while he was living in home with us, then he started studying University away from home, & succeed, he is working 3 hours away in central London from our house, now he call us once a week, if come home he keep him self reserved, he don’t like to talk much with us, if we try to talk longer he star getting irritate, but he is happy working hard & enjoy his life, he do not prefer to stay with us in future, but he will take care of us, we have accepted him As he is, we loved him so much, do not want to make him miserable, but some time I feel hurt & cry
