You can also have only one button for passenger AC and another for driver's AC if you like it that way, but then only a tech will be able to adjust things such as the temperature setpoint on the thermostat and the evaporator blowers speed (which is how you regulate the temperature on a bus AC system btw)... on a car, however, if you know how to play with the heater, the blower speed and the recirc, manual climate control is enough...
