Why have I never thought to have a simple pasta salad for dinner? Such a good idea. Mabel looked like she was a very good helper. Tasting everything to make sure it tastes good is a must!
@@jenniferballswitchhouse37 recipe from what my mom sent me: 1 lb box of noodles (rotini or bow tie is good), cooked & drained Cut up chicken (2 cups+?) Veggies: carrots, celery, red, orange & yellow peppers, broccoli, red onion is what we usually use…about a cup of each?1/4-1/2 c onion Craisins Chunks of cheese Dressing: 2 cups mayonnaise 2 tsp Lawry’s season salt 1/2 tsp salt Sprinkle cashews on top. The noodles & the dressing are the only certain measurements I use. You can use other stuff…corn, olives, ham, cauliflower. It makes a huge salad, especially if you add more meat & veggies. You can kind of “empty your fridge” and use what you have.😊
