yo, the FE main theme in D minor in the beginning was SO SICK!!! The game better have a dark story or be an emotional roller coaster if we're getting such a dark variation of the main theme!

Wow, I just realised that the beginning of the song is a slowed down version of the main theme

This was the one game I was hoping for at E3, so my ears were looking for that theme when they heard it.
Jacob Greenstone same I immediately knew it was it was FE. It was the only game I cared about (other than smash) that I was waiting for.
Why did I only focus on the vocals?! Now I love this trailer even more!
My only suggestions would be to make the chanting more prominent in the beginning and add more impactful drums, but otherwise this is the best one I’ve heard yet. Gives me chills, especially the first half.

Echoes/Gaiden had a motif that's unnamed in a ton of it's music, including Heritors of Arcadia.
Coming back to this after beating the game once gives me all kinds of nostalgia. This game is so fun and nearly perfect, if only it were longer...
This makes me so nostalgic for the hype and theorizing. Until the game threw us all of the sad moments ;-;
This song sounds so triumphant in the middle! You can almost picture a hero emerging from the smoke after defeating their foe, or rising up after nearly being defeated! Gets me every time!

@@yuki4547 No, just after "dawn", "born as ..." sounds, that's what I mean. In addition the letter appears in the score of the video, in minute 2 in "soprano".

Knowing time betrays was actually “born as my weakness” in the original trailer, that line has a tendency to be changed a lot

This is a great version. I always wonder why the original theme has dubstep melodies (something that doesn't fit into the Fire Emblem world), so this is a wonderful version.

Man fire emblem is good at composing songs
I only wish the chanting from 0:22-0:45 was more distinct to where I can at least clearly discern it from the music playing. The chanting really helps to build up the tension of the song and I can barely hear it. :/
