    Dahi Chicken Handi :
    Ingredients:
    Chicken 600 grams
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Yogurt 1 cup
    Cumin powder 1 tsp
    All spice powder ¾ tsp
    Salt, red chili powder to taste
    Turmeric as required
    For masala ingredients:
    Clarified butter ¾ cup
    Chopped onion 1 large
    Chopped green chili 2-3
    Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
    White cumin 1 tsp
    Finely cut ginger, green coriander for garnishing
    Method:
    All chicken marination ingredients mix and leave for 2 to 3 hours .for masala making in clay pot clarified butter heat and fry chopped onion, chopped green chili, chopped ginger and white cumin add and roast .then add marinated chicken mix and roast .after this add half cup of water and cook till than chicken tender .finally roast and dish out .then garnish with ginger and green coriander and serve.
    Apple Khoya Kheer :
    Ingredients:
    Apple 4
    Milk 1-1/2 litre
    Cream 1 packet
    Sugar 1 cup
    Clarified butter 2 tbsp
    Whole dried milk ¾ cup
    Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
    Rice boiled ¾ cup
    Saffron 1 pinch
    Almond, pistachios for garnishing
    Methods:
    In milk add boiled rice and Cardamom powder mix and leave to cook.
    Now apple grate then in Clarified butter fry apple and add milk and sugar.
    When mixture thick then add cream ,khoya and saffron mix and cook till than kheer thick .finally dish out and garnish with almond and pistachios .
    Chicken Curry :
    Ingredients:
    Chicken 1 kg
    Onion finely cut 2
    Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
    Yogurt 1-1/2 tbsp
    Coriander powder 1-1/2 tbsp
    Bay leaves 2
    Cumin powder roasted 1-1/2 tsp
    Whole large chili 6-8
    Cloves 8-10
    Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
    Small cardamom 4-5
    Chicken stock 2 cup
    Salt to taste
    Oil ¾ cup
    Green coriander for garnishing
    For the tempering:
    Oil 4 tbsp
    Cloves 8-10
    Whole red chili large 8-10
    Method:
    In a bowl beat yogurt. Now mix cumin powder roasted, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt.
    Then in pan heat oil, cloves, bay leaves, small cardamom and black cardamom mix and lightly fry.
    Now in crushed garlic and finely cut onion fry till than golden brown,
    After this chicken mix and roast till than golden then mix in yogurt mixture and further roast. When oil separate add soaked red chilies in it.
    After this add chicken stock and cook till then chicken tender. Cook the gravy then give oil tempering. For oil tempering heat oil and add cloves &whole red chilies till it turns golden brown. Apply this on chicken & garnish with coriander.
