@@carlitoslade thank you for watching!! give it a go. Take your time with it and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. It’s really a nice kit and well engineered. Just don’t let it overwhelm you because there are a lot of parts.

Very nice! I've never seen or heard of that version of the Daytona.
@@JDsHouseofHobbies JD I love Daytonas and I had never heard of it until I found the kit. I got it for a great price then had to go to work researching it’s essentially the very first production Daytona. Pretty wild it has survived and unrestored. Daytonas were truly great cars. Shame they’re out of my price range. 😂😂😂
Very nice! I built the regular Daytona (Fujimi?) around the late 1990s. Like you I wish I could get another one but they are a bit pricey nowadays. I remember being very impressed with the engine detail, but the whole kit overall was designed well. 👍
@@brucek3217 thanks Bruce!! I missed this comment the other day and I apologize. These Fujimi kits in the enthusiast line like your regular Daytona are really nice. I actually forgot to mention I got this one cheap because the windshield frame was broken. The kit starts as the base spyder and you have to glue the roof on. Makes the windshield Fran easy to break and this one was. Easy fix though. Thanks for watching!!
