@@augustaonwusuaka9563 I stated that in the video,use E45,Nivea or any lotion that has NOTHING to do with brightening but must be moisturising. As for soap,it all depends on you,if your skin is damaged as a result of brightening creams,then it's BEST TO USE NONE BRIGHTENING SOAP completely.
This particular E45 darkened me, that was around 2011/2012 and since then, its a no no for me. I prefer the cup one, I used it first before I decided to jump on this lotion. Well, using medix now and so far, I love it. Planning to try out Dr. Teals but I'm a but skeptical
Some lotions may not work for some people,while some other wil swear by that product(also understand that E45 doesn't brighten the skin even to half shade)...Medix is very lovely too,i hope is the medix with turmeric? Dr Teals lotion with vitamin C is also nice.

@@luchyskona I have sensitive and combination skin, pls prescribe any lotion that will remove tan from my skin, make me yellowish in complexion (not whitening my skin) and make my skin look cool. I’m currently using 18k paris Gold( skin glowing Body Milk) I don’t think it’s doing all they said about it. Please help🙏🏽

I think Medix 5.5 vitamin c+turmeric is perfect for you.make sure you are buying ORIGINAL product,be patient with your skin and exfoliate twice a week.
I guess I hv hard skin I bought xtra white lightning lotion last week I have not seen any resul yet I wan to no how good is the cream or can I add something to it for lighting am fair bin complexion but am lossing it honestly
I'm more concern in achieving a healthy skin than a bright skin.Its too early to say the lotion isn't working for you,give it time and watch your skin closely for strechmarks (that's more important)also exfoliate your skin,it helps you achieve your skin goal.

I don't know why your legs are brown,But scrub wil improve the appearance and make it better over time.Apply your lotion evenly to your legs too.

There's no point doing that because most,if not all Nivea lotions have glycerin in it,so it's needless doing that,rather if you feel like adding more glow to your skin,consider a good body oil or skin butter to use along with your Nivea.

Don't use on an oily face,but it's great for dry and flaky skin.

Yes,you can use it as your normal body cream but it's better to use if you have dry or very dry skin.
